Brian fought all 3 rounds against a tough opponent from VRTU 👏🏻 Wasn’t able to edge out for the win, but nonetheless, came up with Silver for the Senior Male 63.5kg B Class! 🔥🥈 We’re incredibly proud of the work he’s put in and the relentlessness demonstrated in the ring. Still lots of takeaway from this tournament and more to grow from!

Congratulations to Kru Darryl () for another spectacular event! What an amazing turnout! Great to see lots of talent coming from across the country and more 🙌🏻 We’ll be back for sure!

When growth is the goal, time is just a concept.

This year’s grading was a bit more special than usual due to the sheer fact that we’ve been able to promote up to the advanced Green level shorts! These students have displayed resiliency over the years and eagerness for growth. They’ve pushed past our expectations and continue to lead by example.

This is a direct result from great leadership from our instructors and community for continuing to push each other to higher standards.

Congratulations instructors and our new batch of Green shorts!

Yesterday at ’s Demo Fight Series!

Great way for athletes eager to showcase their skills in front of a crowd before making the final adjustments for their (debut) fights. Sanctioned by , guaranteed to provide a safe and fair environment to get out there and gain some experience!

Ernest, returning to the ring after taking some much needed time off and Linh, eager to step into the ring for the first time. We’re very proud of their output yesterday and can’t wait for their next steps!

For those looking for a fun, new activity for your kids during the summer! Every Monday to Thursday from 5:15pm to 6:00pm.

Kids will learn self-defense, build their confidence and hone their mind body connection! Muay Thai will promote exercise, encourage learning and most of all, it’s fun and engaging!

As we move forward into the next couple of classes, we wanted to share some general yoga class etiquette:

1. Check-in at the front desk (especially if you are new)
2. Arrive 10 minutes before to allow yourself time to get settled
3. Make your phone is on silent or leave it in your locker
4. Speak quietly and respect each others space
5. If you must leave, do it before Savasana

All are welcome! Non-members, beginners or for anyone looking to try something new or to compliment their martial arts practise.
