On 15th Sep 2024, Minhaj Women League (MWL) Canada hosted a distinguished lunch reception in honor of Shaykh Hammad Mustafa al-Madani al-Qadri and Mrs. Safa Hammad Qadri, Grand daughter-in-law of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri.

The event was graced by the presence of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri and Dr. Ghazala Qadri.

The event was attended by numerous members of the MWL Canada along with dignitaries of MQI Canada.

By the grace of Allah (SWT), MWL Canada successfully conducted a Halaqa-e-Durood Mehfil in the Niagara Region, hosted by Sister Sadia Khan. The event was well-organized.

The program commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Muzzammil and Durood Sharif. Sister Rana did the MC, followed by a beautiful Qirat and its translation from Irfan-ul-Quran by Sister Ramsha Saiyed. Sisters Fatima Malik and Kausar Siddiqui led the gathering with their soulful Hamd, Naats, and Manqabat, filling the room with a spiritual ambiance.

MWL Canada President, Sister Nahid Siddiqui, presented a Hadith from Arba'in of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri. Our esteemed scholar, Sister Saima Naz, delivered a short but impactful talk on “Ahlul Bayt-e-Athar,” which deeply resonated with the audience. Sister Razia Syeda led the Wazaif, and the gathering concluded with Salat-o-Salam recited by our Naat Khawan sisters. Sister Razia Syeda’s did heartfelt Dua.

To accommodate families, a bouncy castle was arranged for the children, providing them with a joyful and safe environment during the event.

Following the event, Sister Azra distributed gifts to the attendees, and Sister Sadia Khan graciously served a delicious meal.

MWL Canada successfully organized a Halaqa-e-Durood in Oakville, hosted by Sister Tanzeela Faheem. The event featured the recitation of Surah Yasin and Durood Sharif, followed by a spiritually enriching session.

Sister Nahid Siddiqui led the proceedings, delivering a Hadith and a talk on the virtues of sending blessings upon the Prophet (peace be upon him). The program included a Qirat by Sister Moaza, a Hamd and Naat by Sabera Multani, and additional Naats and Manqabat by Aisha Malik and Anam Benazir. A clip of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri was also presented. The event concluded with Wazaif and a Dua led by Sister Moaza.

The gathering was followed by a lunch, graciously served by Sister Tanzeela, which was appreciated by all attendees.

🌹 Minhaj Women League Canada held their fifth Halaqa-e-Durood Mehfil on Sunday, July 28, at Jamia Al Mustafa. A Quran Khwani 📿 was included for Sister Nahid Siddiqui’s mother and Sister Maimoona Umair’s mother. May Allah ﷻ bless the departed souls. Ameen 🤲 🌹

The Mehfil commenced with everyone’s participation in reading Durood Shareef and Yasin Shareef. Following this, Sister Anisa Awan did a beautiful tilawat from the Holy Quran. Then, Sister Kausar Siddiqui read a Hamd and Naat, wrapping the listeners in a warm embrace 😌. Afterward, Sister Razia Syeda recited the 4th Manzil of the precious book 📖 Dala’il Ul Barakat, compiled by Shaykh ul Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri.
Lastly, the Mehfil was generously concluded with a manqabat and Salat-o-Salam by Sister Kausar, followed by a heartfelt dua by Sister Raziya. 💖🌺

THE ESSENTIALS INTENSIVE: FOUNDATIONAL ISLAMIC KNOWLEDGE

These weeks have been enriched with topics such as Fiqh, Aqeedah, Iman, and many more through the generous teachings and efforts of the Al-Marifa teachers. The best way of learning has been through questions and discussions, as participants of all ages have shown their passion for learning.

There are many more exciting topics to cover in the next few weeks, InshaAllah! May Allah bless everyone with the opportunity to continually learn about the Din and renew their Iman!

The Halaqa-e-Durood Mehfil was graciously hosted by Sister Umbreen Kamran, a dedicated member of the Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League (MWL), at her residence in Oakville.
The program commenced with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a translation, from Irfan-ul-Quran. Following the Quranic recitation, a collection of Hadith was shared, emphasizing the importance of sending blessings upon the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The Mehfil continued with the soulful recitation of Naats and Manqabats.

✨Pegham-e-Karbala Conference ✨

On the 21st of July, Minhaj Women League Canada hosted the inspiring Pegham-e-Karbala Conference at the Mississauga Muslim Community Center. The event was a profound tribute to the timeless message of Karbala.

The conference commenced with the soulful recitation from the Holy Quran, followed by heartfelt Naats and Manqabat by the MWL Naat Council, led by Sister Seema Razi. All participants performed beautiful Naats.

The highlight of the event was the keynote address by the esteemed Dr. Farrukh Sohail from Minhaj University, Lahore, Pakistan. Dr. Sohail's enlightening speech deeply resonated with the attendees, providing invaluable insights into the lessons of Karbala.

Additionally, books by Shaykh ul Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul- Qadri were offered at a special discount, with a particular focus on those covering the topics of the Imam Hussain and lessons from Karbala.

Dua for NEW Islamic Year

‎اللّٰهُمَّ أَدْخِلْهُ عَلَيْنَا بِالْأَمْنِ، وَالْإِيمَانِ، وَالسَّلَامَةِ وَالْإِسْلَامِ، وَرِضْوَانٍ مِنَ الرَّحْمَنِ، وَجَوَازٍ مِنَ الشَّيْطانَ

"O Allah, bring this (year) upon us with security and faith, safety and Islam, protection from shaytaan and with Your Pleasure."

The Minhaj Women League Canada recently held a beautiful Halaqa-e-Durood program with a Dalail-ul-Barakat session!

The program commenced with a Tilawat by Sister Moaza. Sister Shabana Mughal followed with a heartfelt Hamd, touching the hearts of all attendees. Sister Seema then presented a Naat, further uplifting the gathering.

Sister Moaza led the Darood segment, creating a spiritual ambiance, which was followed by another inspiring Naat by Sister Fatima. President of MWLC, Sister Nahid Siddiqui, presented an insightful talk, enriching the participants with valuable knowledge.

The event concluded with Salat-o-Salam performed by Sister Fatima and Sister Shabana, and a heartfelt Dua led by Sister Moaza, leaving everyone with a sense of peace and fulfillment.

Minhaj Women League Canada held their annual “Khair-un-Nisa” Conference at Jame-Al Mustafa Community Center!
The conference honored the esteemed Umm-ul-Momineen Sayyida Khadija tul Kubra (RA), Umm-ul-Momineen Sayyidah Aisha Siddiqah (RA), and Sayyidah-e-Kainat Hazrat Fatima tul Zahra (SA).

The event began with the MC, Sister Raziya Syeda, inviting Abeerah Fatima for a beautiful Tilawat, followed by a translation by MWLC General Secretary Azra Saiyed from the Irfan-ul Quran. Following this, Sister Kausar shared a beautiful Hamd, and Sister Fatimah presented a Naat and Manqabat.

The three speeches commenced with Sister Saima Naz, Sister Sidrah Husnain, and MWLC President Nahid Siddique, focusing on Umm-ul-Momineen Sayyida Khadija tul Kubra (RA), Umm-ul-Momineen Sayyidah Aisha Siddiqah (RA), and Sayyidah-e-Kainat Hazrat Fatima tul Zahra (SA), highlighting their inspiring character and honorable acts.

At the end of the conference, a quiz based on the speeches was led by MWLC General Secretary, and six prizes were awarded to the winners.

MWLC President Nahid Siddique gave special thanks to the team who helped organize this memorable event. Sister Shabana Mughal, Sister Sabadanish, Sister Kausar, Sister Saba, and Sister Fatimah concluded the event with a closing Naat. The event concluded with Salat-o-Salam and a dua led by Sister Musarat Mughal. Lastly, dinner was served as a special thanks to the audience for joining MWLC’s Annual “Khair-un-Nisa” Conference.
