Wondering what my Covid-19 procedures are? Well, here they are. If you have any questions or concerns please let me know. This is a new situation for us all.
1) Please do this self-test: bc.thrive.health/covid19/en. If you answer "yes" to any of the questions, please call to cancel your appointment.
2) If you are feeling unwell at all, please call to cancel your appointment. If you have traveled, or have been in contact with someone who has traveled or who is sick, call to cancel your appointment.
3) When you arrive, wash your hands.
4) Please wear a clean mask. If you don't have a mask, I have washable cloth ones that I can provide.
5) If you want to wear gloves, then please ensure they are clean and new.
What I am doing: Leaving a larger gap between sessions. Sterilizing all surfaces after each session. Leaving the window open for some fresh air. I have an air purifier with UV light and HEPA filter running during all sessions and up to an hour after my last session of the day. Wearing a mask. Some things haven't changed: i.e. sheets are ALWAYS washed after each session, as are my hands and arms up to the elbows.

I am happy to say that I'll be open able to see clients again after the May long weekend (opening doors May 19th). Looking forward to seeing my lovely clients again!
Hi everyone! I thought I'd share some pictures of what Will and I have been doing since we haven't been able to see clients. We haven't been idle. We have many, many projects to do around the house. We have done a bunch in our yard, but a large project was trim. We had trim to put up in the gym, our bedroom, and the kitchen, and crown moulding in the living room. It is all up now. The gym is 100% finished. For the house, we still need to caulk and paint the 2nd coat. But it looks good!
I hope you all are staying safe and sane. Whether you are able to work or not, it is a very unsettling time. I'm looking forward to being able to see clients again.
