TP North Bay

We are a group of volunteers, we are not part of any Food Bank. Together with this campaign we can make a difference "One Roll At A Time".

TP North Bay is to bring North Bay together by a group of people to unite and give back to their Community! We got the idea from an article in the Kingston Region
TP the Town Kingston

Now to get you and the local Businesses to show support to help us reach OUR GOAL is to collect 20,000+

A controversy is brewing, once again, in the City of North Bay over the best location and operational plan for a “warming centre” and “low barrier shelter” to serve unhoused citizens.

Coun. Mark King, chairman of the District of Nipissing Social Services Administration Board, joins the Echo Essentials podcast to discuss the issue with hosts Scott Clark and Dave Dale.

King doesn’t support a consultant’s report that recommended a “homeless hub” of such services within three blocks of the downtown area many homeless, often with mental health and addiction issues, receive medical, pharmaceutical and other support services. To view the podcast, follow this link https://www.northbayecho.ca/dssab-chair-says-warming-centre-low-barrier-shelter-could-be-part-of-new-homeless-hub/ and please comment, like and share to help us amplify local voices
