DETAILS:
- Ages 7 to 10
- ⁠Beginners are very welcome and encouraged to join. Please come to class in comfortable clothes. You may be barefoot or wear indoor shoes.
- Registration: You do not need to pre-register, you may do that once you arrive.
- ⁠Cost: $75 for the 7 week session

What does it mean to be in tune with your body?

Prioritizing how you feel physically, emotionally and mentally has a big impact on your body’s function. Being able to recognize your body’s cues and acknowledge what it needs in the moment is crucial to ensure that you’re feeling and performing at your best. It also means you’re easily able to recognize when something is wrong and address the issue quickly – often leading to improved outcomes down the line through whole-body healing.

So how can you start tuning into your body’s signals?

- Take a minute and reflect on how you feel throughout the week or month
- Do a quick body scan
- Be honest with yourself and avoid surpressing your body's signs
- Try your best to manage stress

Rooted in the believe that the body is the sum of its parts, osteopathy can also be an effective tool to understand how different components of your anatomy work together to impact your day-to-day life.
