Crisp & Crunchy Lunch Salad
• 1 head lettuce, chopped
• 1 large cooked chicken breast, cubed
• 10-12 strawberries, cleaned and cut in half
• 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
• ½ cup candied pecans
• 1 apple, peeled and diced
• 1/3 cup Creamy Vidalia Onion & Poppy Seed Dressing (more if desired)
• Sunset Seasoned Pepper

In a large salad bowl place chopped lettuce and add the next 5 ingredients; drizzle with dressing and toss. Sprinkle with Sunset Seasoned Pepper, if so desired.

As we enter the last few days of our SUPER SEASONING SALE, here are some tips to keep help your seasonings fresh and flavourful!

To preserve the best flavour of your seasonings they should be stored in a pantry or cabinet that maintains a cool temperature and is protected from direct sunlight and moisture. All seasonings should always be stored in airtight containers.

Don’t store your seasonings in cabinets above the stove. Heat damages spices by drying up the oil that gives each spice its unique flavour.

Don’t store your seasonings in the fridge or freezer because when you take them out, they adjust to room temperature. This can cause condensation in the jar and ultimately damage the seasonings.

Stock up on your favourites while they are ON SALE! The more you buy, the more you save!
