๐น๐ Elevate your Caesar game with this Gourmet Caesar Garnish created by Lisa Hoffarth, one of our Consultants in Calgary, AB. Pickled pepperoni, asparagus, and celery for the perfect spicy twist. Cheers!
Gourmet Caesar Garnish
โข 5-6 pepperoni sticks (fully cooked)
โข 5-6 fresh asparagus, washed and trimmed
โข 5-6 celery stalks with leaves, washed and trimmed
โข 1 cup vinegar
โข 1 1/2 cups water
โข 1 packet Spicy Garlic Pickling Mix from the In a Snap 10 Minute Quick Pickle Kit
Pack full a clean 1 quart jar with equal amounts of pepperoni sticks, fresh asparagus and celery stalks with leaves. Combine pickle mix with vinegar and water. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Pour mixture into the jar and cap jar with lid. Cool then refrigerate. Add 2 tablespoons of the pickle juice to your favourite Caesar cocktail recipe. Garnish Caesar with the pickled asparagus, pepperoni and celery.

The delightful blend of chocolate and lemon creates an unexpectedly delicious combination that will leave your taste buds dancing. Thank you, Cindy, for sharing your delicious creation with us!
LEMON MUDSLIDE COOKIES
1 box Lemon Burst Cookie Mix
1 packet Missouri Mud Cheesecake Dip & Dessert Mix
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
3 cups chocolate chips
Himalayan pink salt (optional)
Prepare and bake the Lemon Burst Cookie Mix according to directions on the box (do not flatten cookie dough balls). Let cool. Blend Missouri Mud Cheesecake Dip & Dessert Mix with softened cream cheese until well blended. Spread about a teaspoon of cheesecake mixture on each baked cookie. Place in fridge for about 10 minutes to allow cheesecake to set on cookie. Melt chocolate chips, then dip each cookie in chocolate until completely covered. Drain off excess chocolate and place on parchment lined cookie sheet until set. If desired, sprinkle each cookie with a bit of Himalayan pink salt.

Cheesy Bacon Jalapeno Muffins
โข 1 box Easy Cheesy Jalapeno Beer Bread Mix
โข 355 ml beer or any carbonated beverage
โข 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
โข 12 strips of precooked bacon
โข 1/4 cup butter, melted
โข Serve with Hot Pepper Bacon Jam
Preheat oven to 375ยฐF. In a mixing bowl, add the beverage to the bread mix. Stir firmly for 20-30 seconds (batter will be lumpy). Do not over-mix. Fold in shredded cheese. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin. Line the inside edges with 1 strip of precooked bacon per cup. Pour batter into muffin cups 3/4 full and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Brush the tops of the cooked muffins with melted butter. Serve warm with butter and Hot Pepper Bacon Jam.

Tangy mustard, hints of citrus and just the right amount of heat combine to deliver bold flavour to poultry, pork, salmon and much more! Adds a zesty zip to chicken wings. Excellent on shrimp.

Itโs Salad Sunday and Sunset Gourmet helps you savour summer with this Grilled Chicken & Peach Salad! ๐ฅ๐ Perfectly seasoned chicken, juicy peaches, tangy goat cheese, and fresh greens come together for a burst of flavours. ๐
Grilled Chicken & Peach Salad
โข 1 large chicken breast or 2 smaller ones
โข 1 Tbsp. olive oil
โข 2 tsp. The Perfect Blend Seasoning
โข 2 tsp. Mango Chili Lime Seasoning
โข 1 Tbsp. olive oil
โข 1 cup goat cheese, crumbled or cubed
โข 2 peaches, pitted and each cut into 6 wedges
โข 1 cup blueberries
โข 5 cups salad greens
โข Classic Steakhouse Vinaigrette & Marinade
Brush some olive oil on the grill grates. Place chicken breasts on the hot side of the grill (or on a grill pan). Let the chicken grill, undisturbed, until the pieces start getting some grill marks. When the chicken pieces have browned on one side, turn them over, and move them to the cooler side of the grill on low heat. Cover, and let them finish cooking. Remove chicken from grill when the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165ยฐF. Place the greens in a serving bowl and toss with dressing. Arrange peaches, blueberries, goat cheese and cooled chicken on top (chicken can be prepared and refrigerated a day in advance of serving).

Fresh Strawberry Margarita
โข 1 packet Frozen Margarita Slush Mix
โข 1 cup tequila, vodka or alcohol of your choosing (use apple juice for an alcohol free drink)
โข 1 cup water
โข 4 cups ice
โข 4-5 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Combine mix with alcohol and water in a blender and blend until combined. Add ice and strawberries and continue to blend until strawberries are completely blended. You can also reduce the amount of ice to 2 cups and use frozen strawberries. Salt the rims of your glasses, pour and enjoy.

Apple Salad with Pecans & Cheese Shavings
โข 1 golden delicious apple, thinly sliced
โข ยพ cup toasted pecans, chopped
โข 1 cup Romano cheese shavings

โข 1/3 cup Classic Steakhouse Vinaigrette & Marinade
Place all salad ingredients in a serving bowl, drizzle with dressing and toss to coat.
