We are located on Spadina Crescent West (just off Valley Road)
We offer Bath/Brush, De-shed, and Nail Clipping. No grooming on Saturday or Sunday.
When you start to think about taking a break or getting away, please keep Riverside Resort: Pets on Vacation in mind as the 1st choice for all your pet's hotel & grooming needs. Grooming hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. We do tours Monday to Saturday. Our daycare runs 7 days a week! Hours of operation:
*Monday to Friday: 8 – 6
*Saturday: 9 – 5
*Sunday/Holidays: 11-4

We will have our exercise play areas under construction this week! We will be still open to our usual capacity for boarding/daycare/grooming during this maintenance week!
If you are coming to the facility May 15 please keep in mind we will be having some semis coming and going!
If you are are coming to the facility May 15-19 please watch the parking lot as we will have more foot/vehicle traffic more then usual!
Please keep in mind to have all dogs on leash to and from the building!

Now interviewing for the position of Guest Services Attendant at Riverside Resort: Pets on Vacation!
Riverside Resort: Pets on Vacation has been in operation since 2009 and has set the bar high for the Pet Kenneling Industry. Right now we have an opportunity for you to join our great crew and be part of a successful and highly recommended dog and cat boarding, grooming and daycare facility!
If you want to look up the location, just search Riverside Resort Pets on Vacation on Google Maps. We are just 5 minutes from Circle Drive, just off of Valley Road.
This motivated individual would have experience in handling dogs of all sizes and cats as well. They will be kind and patient with animals, excellent with customers and co-workers alike, a fast learner, and will take pride in their contribution to the services we provide. They will have their own transportation, be physically fit to accomplish the required duties, understand how to keep a clean working environment, be ready and willing to do the tasks put in front of them, and is trustworthy. This can be a busy environment so the ability to multitask but still prioritize and see responsibilities through to the end is extremely important…the guests and their owners will be counting on you!
Looking for a mature individual who is confident with a computer, has dog-handling experience, is bondable, and a humble student. The position would be full-time as scheduled. The shifts will range from 33 hours + per week based on the rotation. Training will be provided throughout August including dog and cat handling, daily, weekly and monthly cleaning responsibilities, customer service, and computer system usage.
Pay will start at $13.00/hr or more based on experience, skill level, desire to succeed, ability to work professionally as part of a team or alone, customer service level, ability to promote services, etc. Addition sources of income include tips, and overtime. We are proud to now offer a health spending account plan with this position!
