As NP Toronto winds down, we wanted to reflect by revisiting our group pictures from NP Toronto’s eight birthdays and one of our first workouts to the last one this week. We can't say enough how much we appreciate all of you that have been here with us on this ride. A huge huge thank you to you all! We are here because of you!
And here we have our last dance in Toronto today. It was a bittersweet one but we're glad you all showed up.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for showing up not just today but every week for the past 8 years. We wouldn't be here if it weren't for you humans that show up each week. So thank you to all of you, past and present, to all the co-leaders who kept this chapter going all these years. Claire, Sam, Michelle, Dan, and Steph, we thank you.

This is it, tomorrow is the last workout for November Project Toronto (for now?) . So come join us for one last time even if it's your first time or your 1000th time, you're still welcomed here! Come on out and meet new faces or see some familiar faces, sweat out with us or just say hello. Either way, we'll be glad you're here. Rain, snow, sun, we'll be there.

WE HAVE FANTASTIC NEWS FOR YOU ALL!! Snowglobe 4.0 is coming to Montreal!! Expect many NP cities showing up, a lot of outdoor fitness activities, tons of sweat, fun and snow!! FK YEAAAAAH!! Save the date for Feb 2-4, 2024 Stay tuned for more details!

Important announcement! We will hold our last November Project Toronto workout on Wednesday, Nov. 29 where we will celebrate eight years of our community together.
