Join us for Mindfulness Monday as we kick off Mental Health Week in our Open Café on Monday, May 6th from 1–5pm 💗
Immerse yourself in a variety of engaging mindfulness activities, including colouring, creating mindful maps, and a meditation station. Plus, take home an activity booklet to continue your practice.

Dumplings are found in every corner of the world, and that is great news! This Wednesday's Kitchen Workshop will focus on Chinese dumplings. Made with classic fusions of ginger, soy, sesame and rice vinegar.
We plan to make Chicken Pot Stickers and Vegetable Dumplings each with drinkable dipping sauces. Ok, just dipping, but the sauces are that good!
