Today is and I'm proud to support through my involvement with Agriculture in the Classroom- Manitoba.

There are so many ways to give, and I am asking today for your support. Financial donations, sponsorships and membership are crucial in helping us to develop curriculum for students K-12.

But equally important is a donation of your time. Volunteers help us share programs like – during Canadian Ag Literacy Month, and the many other programs, with students across Manitoba. In March, CALM alone reaches 335 English and 55 French classrooms, and each requires an AITC-M volunteer. We need you!

Just took the plunge and upgraded my phone this week 📳 ! More data, more techie tools, and you know I can't resist more apps (seriously, who doesn't love a good app?).

I decided to make the installation a Friday night affair - exciting I know! A blank slate waiting to be anything I wanted it to be. But guess what I did? Clicked, moved everything around, and changed... well, nothing much.

Sure, I deleted a few apps, but every app I kept ended up in the exact spot it was on my old phone. Same ringtone, same screen saver, same alarm sounds.

Why, you ask? Comfort, stability, maybe just an easy transition for my almost-60-year-old brain? 🤷🏼‍♀️ While I'm pumped about more data and faster speeds, am I secretly adverse to change? 🤔

I'm always preaching about embracing change, but truth be told, I like things the way I like things. It's the same reason why, this Saturday morning, I whipped up a great pot of oatmeal at home instead of going for something more exciting. 🥣
