Duties
- Receptionist duties such as answering and directing phone calls, directing clients to the right people, greeting visitors to the office
- Maintaining office supplies in and around the office
- Working with the office budget and keeping to the office plan
- Receiving and sorting mail, managing outgoing mail

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A strong team orientated personality who gets along well with people
- Kronos and SAP experience an asset.

Responsibilities
• Address customer inquiries, concerns and receive feedback, troubleshooting basic technology issues (training is provided)
• Thoroughly document all customer communication
• Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications
* Must have a quiet space to work from home with a hard-wired internet connection - No Wi-Fi allowed due to security concerns
• Must be fluent in English
• Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service

Full Time Opportunity - 18 Month Term (Potential to go permanent)
Cement and Piping company in North Winnipeg
$50k/year
Monday to Friday
Free Parking on Site

- Coordinate the transportation of material/equipment between Yard and Project Locations, as well as between Project Locations and Vendor Locations
- Develop load plans, creating manifests / material transfers
- Track shipments between various Bothar locations
- Develop relationships with courier and truck loading services

- Strong in Word, Excel, and other document software including Dropbox
- Excellent oral, verbal, and written skills in English (German an asset)
- Experience with accounting systems (Sage Intacct, SAP)
- Knowledge of applicable codes, laws, and regulations regarding transport
- 3-5 years’ experience in logistics or related fields (Trucking, air cargo, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, expediting, rail, and sea freight)

- Will have to make accurate payment decisions in accordance to adjudication guidelines

- Minimum keyboarding speed of 40 wpm
- Must be able to handle large volumes of work with a high level of accuracy
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- Candidate will be a strong team player and also be able to work independently.
