A/C The pacifico Cottages are tucked away amidst the lush tropical gardens and close enough to the sandy Pacific Beach so that the sound of the Ocean will rock you to sleep. These beautiful rooms have one queen sized bed for a single person or couple, an outdoor shower, and a private porch with hammock and daybed. From the main building the cottages area a short walk down the hill towards the beach. Single Occupancy $3150 Double occupancy$2350

NATURE SUITES w/AC SOLD OUT

A/C. Private Bath. King size bed or 2 Twin beds.The suites are cozy and situated on a hillside overlooking lush vegetation. They feature private bathrooms and a outdoor shower overlooking the jungle. Each suite sleeps two people, has a separate enclosed porch with a desk, and a solar hot water system. The suites are a short walk up the hill to the main building.

These rooms are specifically designed for singles, providing privacy and elegance, while being inexpensive but also provide ample space for double occupancy. Some rooms have partial views of the ocean or some of the mountains nearby. A private bathroom with solar hot water and natural ventilation system. Rate per week per person with all meals included: Single occupancy $2350 CDN per person Double occupancy $ 2035 CDN per person

ECO COTTAGE no AC (1 available Single or double occupancy Twin beds) 1 Room Left with room mate wanted)

With private bath & 2 twin beds. The cottages are situated in lush vegetation, and their natural wood frame structure allow for a sensual being-in-touch experience with nature. Each cottage sleeps two people and has a private bathroom with ambient temperature water shower. Everything runs on solar powered electricity to provide an ecological setting. Cottages are at a short hike up a stone stairway from the main building. Single occupancy $2100 Double occupancy $1730 per person

All meals at Blue Spirit are included in room prices. Special diet requirements are available upon request. Onsite bar is available. Alcohol is not included.

GREG KLYM, 500-hour YTT Mindfulness Based Wellness Coach

Greg is a certified Modo yoga instructor, meditation facilitator and mindfulness coach. He has a certification in Foundations of Applied Mindfulness Meditation through the University of Toronto. He also received is Health and Wellness Coaching certification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Lastly, Greg also completed an online certification program with the Neuroscience Academy studying the latest in evidence based brain health research.

Greg has a passion for helping people transform their lives. He firmly believes that when we are fully supported and given the right tools and resources we can begin to free ourselves from habitual patterns, limiting beliefs and emotional wounds of the past that prevent us from living the abundant and joyful life we were meant to live.

Having gone through his own healing and transformative journey over the last twelve years he is extremely committed and excited to help people travel that same path to a happier, healthier and more fulfilled life. Greg blends the principles of mindfulness, neuroscience, lovingkindness practice and positive psychology into both his coaching and teaching in an effort to promote greater physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing with all of the individuals he works with.

LISA CASARIN, 500-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher, 200 Vinyasa Flow teacher, Yin YT, Crystal healer. R.M.T. CPTN. RAC Reflexologist, Reiki and Acupuncture Practioner.

Lisa originally from the UK completed her Modo Yoga Teacher Training Program in Nicaragua. She returned back to Nicaragua in Feb 2017 to complete her Modo Flow training!

Lisa's passion for yoga truly radiates in her classes, she truly embraces the mind body spirit connection.As an RMT she also has an extensive background in the healthcare industry, with physical modalities such as massage therapy, reflexology, and acupuncture.

Her passion is making a difference in community, "it’s awesome watching people on their yoga/healing journeys. I feel very blessed to have found my calling as a teacher and a healer."

Graduating from Kikkawa College Toronto in 2002, Lisa has worked in the Health and Fitness industry for over 25 years, she has enjoyed practicing Massage Therapy working with numerous clients in various multidisciplinary clinics.

Experience, intuition, and numerous training courses, enable Lisa to create customized private yoga sessions and healing treatment plans that are unique to each individual yogi/client. These customized plans promote and enhance optimal wellness for her clients. As a daily yoga practitioner, and former International Athlete, Lisa is familiar with associated sports injuries and mis-alignment conditions bringing this awareness to her yoga classes!

Dr. Christine Mangubat, B.P.E (Kin), DC., D. Ac., A.R.T

Christine will be offering daily Chiropractic, ART treatments and acupuncture sessions during your stay at Blue Spirit.

Christine holds a Kinesiology degree from the University of New Brunswick – where she was a varsity athlete, playing competitive level volleyball. She also attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) where she earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2006. Dr. Mangubat sees patients with conditions ranging from acute injuries to degenerative diseases, but she has a special interest in sports injuries and women’s health and wellness.

Christine is a mother of two beautiful children, aged 7 and 9 years, and has lived in the Milton community for 10 years. She has practiced yoga for over 20 years. She has a love for the outdoors and enjoys hiking with her family, running, rock climbing, and playing beach volleyball.

Sylvie laflechce-Greig, E-RYT200 RYT500 Yin YT, Sakalya Yoga Teacher, Crystal Healer, Advance Crystal Master, Reiki and Shamanic Practitioner.

Through the merging of her extensive western and Eastern yoga trainings, Sylvie has developed a very balanced, holistic and authentic style of teaching. Her classes go deep into ancient, traditional yogic practices delivered in a way that is relevant for the modern student; creative and fluid with a conscious, mindful attention to proper alignment.

Sylvie brings to her classes Pranayama, Kriya, healing mudras, Mantra and meditation.
