تُحيي تونس، اليوم 30 مارس 2024، الذكرى الثامنة والأربعين ليوم الأرض، التي تُخلّد بطولات الشّعب الفلسطيني الأبيّ في مواجهة آلة الحرب والبطش الصهيونية الغاشمة وسياسات الكيان المحتل الاستيطانية والتوسعية ومحاولات التهجير وتهويد القدس.
وتقف تونس، قيادة وشعبا، إجلالا وإكبارا لصمود الشعب الفلسطيني الشقيق الذي يتصدى ببسالة لغطرسة وطُغيان الكيان المحتّل ووحشيّة ترسانته العسكرية التي تقترف كل يوم جرائم ضد الإنسانية وحرب إبادة ممنهجة ومحاولات تنكيل وتهجير، دون أدنى مساءلة أو محاسبة، وذلك في انتهاك صارخ وغير مسبوق لكل المواثيق الدولية والقيم الإنسانية والأخلاقية وفي ظلّ صمتٍ مريبٍ ومُخز للمجتمع الدولي.
وتُجدّد تونس، بهذه المناسبة، دعمها الدائم للشعب الفلسطيني في الذود عن حقه غير القابل للتصرّف والذي لا يسقط بالتقادم، وتؤكّد على موقفها الثابت والمناصر للأشقاء الفلسطينيين في نضالهم من أجل استعادة حقوقهم التاريخية المشروعة كاملة وإقامة دولتهم المستقلة على كل أرض فلسطين وعاصمتها القدس الشريف.

La Tunisie commémore, aujourd’hui, 30 mars 2024, le quarante-huitième anniversaire de la Journée de la Terre, qui rend hommage aux actes héroïques du peuple palestinien face à la machine de guerre, la brutale oppression sioniste, la colonisation et les politiques expansionnistes de l'entité occupante, les tentatives de déplacement et la judaïsation de Jérusalem.

La Tunisie, leadership et peuple, rend hommage à la fermeté du peuple palestinien frère, qui affronte courageusement l'arrogance et la tyrannie de l'entité occupante et la brutalité de son arsenal militaire, qui commet chaque jour des crimes contre l'humanité, une guerre systématique d'extermination et des tentatives d'abus et de déplacement, sans la moindre responsabilité ni obligation de rendre des comptes, et ce en violation flagrante et sans précédent de toutes les chartes internationales et des valeurs humanitaires et morales et sous le silence suspect et honteux de la communauté internationale.

A cette occasion, la Tunisie renouvelle son soutien permanent au peuple palestinien dans la défense de son droit inaliénable et imprescriptible, et réaffirme sa position ferme et solidaire avec les frères palestiniens dans leur lutte pour la restauration de leurs droits historiques légitimes dans leur intégralité et l'établissement de leur État indépendant sur toute la terre de Palestine, avec Al-Qods Al-Charif comme capitale.

Tunisia commemorates, today, March 30, 2024, the forty-eighth anniversary of Earth Day, which pays tribune to the heroism of the Palestinian people in the face of the war machine, the brutal zionist oppression, the colonization and the expansionist policies of the occupying entity, the displacement attempts and the Judaization of Jerusalem.

Tunisia, leadership and people, pays tribute to the firmness of the brotherly Palestinian people, who bravely confront the arrogance and tyranny of the occupying entity and the brutality of its military arsenal, who commit every day crimes against humanity, a systematic war of extermination and attempts of abuse and displacement, without the slightest responsibility or obligation to account, in flagrant and unprecedented violation of all international charters and humanitarian and moral values and under the suspicious and shameful silence of the international community.

On this occasion, Tunisia renews its permanent support to the Palestinian people in the defense of their inalienable and imprescriptible right, and reaffirms its firm and solidarity position to the Palestinian brothers in their struggle for the restoration of their legitimate historical rights in their entirety and the establishment of their independent State throughout the land of Palestine, with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.

Le Ministère des Affaires Étrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l'étranger célèbre, le 20 mars 2024, le soixante-huitième anniversaire de la glorieuse Fête de l'Indépendance.
En cette éternelle commémoration nationale, le Ministère rappelle la lutte des Tunisiens et des Tunisiennes pour accéder à l'indépendance, le rôle de premier ordre joué par la première génération des diplomates tunisiens dans la reconnaissance internationale de notre pays, la contribution active à la construction de l'édifice de l'État et les efforts que les générations successives de la famille diplomatique ont déployés pour établir et consolider les relations de coopération, de partenariat et de respect mutuel avec les pays frères et amis et pour renforcer la position de la Tunisie parmi les nations, dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre de la politique étrangère, dont les paramètres et les priorités sont déterminés par le Chef de l'État.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad celebrates, on March 20, 2024, the sixty-eighth anniversary of the glorious Independence Day.
On this eternal national commemoration, the Ministry recalls the struggle of Tunisians to achieve independence, the advanced role played by the first generation of Tunisian diplomats in the international recognition of our country, the active contribution to the construction of the edifice of the State and the efforts that successive generations of the diplomatic family have made to establish and consolidate cooperation, partnership and mutual respect relations with brotherly and friendly countries and to strengthen Tunisia's position among the nations, within the framework of the implementation of foreign policy, the parameters and priorities of which are determined by the Head of the State.
The Ministry also affirms its determination to redouble its efforts and endeavor, according to its action plan, to defend the supreme interests of our country, strengthen the elements of its sovereignty and serve Tunisians abroad, in a way that meets the hopes of the Tunisian people and their legitimate aspirations.

تحتفل تونس في 20 مارس من كلّ سنة باليوم العالمي للفرنكفونية، تخليدا لذكرى إبرام الاتفاقية المنشئة لوكالة التعاون الثقافي والتقني في 20 مارس 1970 بمدينة نيامي، والتي أصبحت لاحقا المنظمة الدولية للفرنكفونية.
وستواصل تونس، وهي من البلدان المؤسسة للفرنكفونية، العمل مع شركائها الفرنكوفونيين لإعطاء ديناميكية متواصلة للعائلة الفرنكفونية بغية المضيّ قُدمًا نحو ارساء فرنكوفونية أكثر تضامنا وفاعلية وقدرة على التجديد، بما يمكّنها من الإستجابة لتطلعات وانتظارات الشعوب الفرنكوفونية.
وتودّ تونس، في هذا اليوم الذي يتزامن مع الاحتفال بعيد الاستقلال في تونس، أن تؤكد من جديد، بالخصوص، على أولوية قيم الحوار والمساواة والاحترام المتبادل والتنوع والتضامن والسلم، باعتبارها ركيزة أساسية لكلّ عمل فرنكوفوني مشترك.

La Tunisie célèbre le 20 mars de chaque année, la Journée Internationale de la Francophonie, en commémoration de la signature, le 20 mars 1970, à Niamey, de la Convention créant l’Agence de Coopération Culturelle et Technique, devenue depuis, l’Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF).

La Tunisie, pays fondateur de la Francophonie, n’aura eu de cesse d’œuvrer, avec ses pairs francophones, en vue de dynamiser sans cesse la famille francophone, pour une action plus solidaire, plus agissante, et plus innovatrice, en vue de répondre aux aspirations et attentes diverses des peuples francophones.

Ainsi, et en cette journée spéciale, qui coïncide avec la Fête nationale Tunisienne, la Tunisie tient à réaffirmer, en particulier, la primauté des valeurs de dialogue, d’égalité et de respect mutuel, de diversité, de solidarité et de paix, en tant que fondements de toute action francophone.
Elle appelle, dans cet esprit, à joindre aux déclarations les actions concrètes pour mobiliser l’engagement de l’organisation francophone- au nom des valeurs humanistes et de justice qu’elle incarne- afin de mettre fin à l’offensive barbare et génocidaire, perpétrée par la force d’occupation et ses alliés contre le Peuple palestinien sur toutes ses terres, et à mettre fin à l’occupation barbare que ce peuple subit depuis plus de 75 ans.

Tunisia celebrates, on 20th March every year, the International Day of La Francophonie, which commemorates the signing on 20th March 1970 in Niamey of the Convention establishing the agency for cultural and technical cooperation that has since become the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie.
Tunisia, a founding member of the Francophonie, will continue to work with its francophone partners with a view to constantly energize the French-speaking family for a more solidarity-based, more concrete and more innovative action, thus allowing to meet the aspirations and expectations of the francophone peoples.
Hence, on this special occasion, which coincides with the Tunisian National Day, Tunisia would like, in particular, to reaffirm the primacy of the values of dialogue, equality, mutual respect, diversity, solidarity and peace as the core foundations of every Francophone action.
In this spirit, Tunisia calls on to join to declarations concrete actions aiming at mobilizing the commitment of the Francophone organization -in line with the humanist values and justice it embodies- to put an end to the barbaric and genocidal aggressions perpetrated by the occupying force and its allies against the Palestinian people on all their territories and to stop the barbaric occupation endured by the Palestinian people for more than 75 years.

شارك السيد منير بن رجيبة، كاتب الدولة لدى وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج، اليوم 15 مارس 2024، عبر تقنية الفيديو في الدورة الاستثنائية للمجلس التنفيذي للاتحاد الافريقي طبقا لقرار عقب الدورة الأخيرة لمؤتمر رؤساء وحكومات الاتحاد الافريقي.
وخُصصت هذه الدورة الاستثنائية للنظر في المعايير والاليات التي سيتم اعتمادها في انتخاب المناصب العليا لمفوضية الاتحاد الافريقي، المزمع تنظيمها في شهر فيفري من سنة 2025.
و أكد السيد كاتب الدولة بهذه المناسبة على أهمية الانتخابات المقبلة للمفوضية في هذه المرحلة الحساسة والمفصلية من تاريخ المنظمة الافريقية، وفي الظرف الإقليمي و الدولي الراهن، مذكرا بموقف تونس المبدئي الداعي الى احترام مبادئ التمثيل الجغرافي العادل والتداول على المناصب العليا للاتحاد بين مختلف الأقاليم الجغرافية وعلى مستوى دول نفس الإقليم، فضلا عن مبادئ الكفاءة و التناصف.
كما أشار السيد كاتب الدولة الى أهمية التوصل الى حلول توافقية بين الدول الأعضاء تضمن حسن سير المفوضية المقبلة ونجاحها في التعاطي مع اهم التحديات التي تواجه القارة.

M. Mounir Ben Rjiba, Secrétaire d'État auprès du Ministre des Affaires Étrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l’Etranger, a participé aujourd'hui, 15 mars 2024, par vidéoconférence, à la Session extraordinaire du Conseil Exécutif de l'Union Africaine, qui s’est tenue conformément à la décision du dernier Sommet des Chefs d’Etat et de Gouvernement de l'Union Africaine.

Cette session a été consacrée à l'examen et à l’adoption des critères et mécanismes devant être adoptés pour l’élection des hauts responsables de la Commission de l'Union Africaine, devant se tenir en février 2025.

M. le Secrétaire d'État a souligné, à cette occasion, l'importance des prochaines élections de la Commission, dans cette période sensible et charnière de l'histoire de l'Organisation africaine, et dans ce contexte régional et international. Il a également rappelé la position de principe de la Tunisie attachée au respect des principes de représentation géographique équitable et de rotation entre les différentes régions et au niveau des pays de la même région, ainsi que les principes de compétence et de parité.

Le Secrétaire d'État a également souligné l'importance de parvenir à des solutions consensuelles entre les États membres afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement de la prochaine Commission et son succès dans la réalisation des objectifs de l’Organisation.

Mr. Mounir Ben Rjiba, Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, took part, today, March 15, 2024, by videoconference, to the Extraordinary Session of the Executive Council of the African Union, which was held in accordance with the decision of the last Summit of Heads of State and Government of the African Union.

This session was dedicated to examine and adopt the criteria and modalities for the election of senior officials of the African Union Commission, to be held in February 2025.

Mr. Secretary of State underlined, on this occasion, the importance of the next Commission elections, in this critical and pivotal period in the history of the African Organization, and within the current regional and international context.
He also recalled Tunisia’s position attached to the respect of the principles of equitable geographical representation and rotation and interregional regional and intra-regional rotation, as well as the principles of competence and parity.

The Secretary of State pointed out the importance of reaching consensual solutions between Member States in order to guarantee the smooth functioning of the next Commission and its success in achieving the objectives of the organization

بمناسبة حلول شهر رمضان الكريم، يتقدم السيد نبيل عمّار، وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج، بأحر التهاني وأطيب الأماني إلى كافة إطارات وأعوان الوزارة بالإدارة المركزية وكافة بعثاتنا الدبلوماسية والدائمة والقنصلية وإلى الجالية التونسية بالخارج، سائلا المولى عز وجلّ أن يعيد مثل هذه الأيام المباركة على الجميع بالخير واليمن والبركة.

على إثر إخفاق مجلس الأمن في تمرير مشروع القرار الذي تقدمت به الجزائر من أجل وقف فوري لإطلاق النار في قطاع غزة، تحمّل تونس عددا من القوى الدولية المسؤولية في تواصل العدوان الهمجي الغاشم على الشعب الفلسطيني الشقيق وحرب الإبادة التي يشنها الكيان المحتل منذ أكثر من أربعة أشهر ونصف على مدنيين أبرياء عزل في خرق مخز لكل القيم والشرائع والقوانين الإنسانية.

كما تنّبه تونس إلى التبعات والعواقب الكارثية التي تتهدد الشعب الفلسطيني والمنطقة برمتها ما لم يضطلع مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة بوظيفته الأصلية في الحفاظ على السلم والأمن الدوليين والنأي عن سياسة الكيل بمكيالين وعن التوظيف غير المسؤول لحق النقض الذي يطلق يد الاحتلال لمواصلة مخططاته لتصفية الحق الفلسطيني من خلال الإمعان في ارتكاب جرائم الإبادة والتجويع والمحاولات اليائسة للتهجير القسري للشعب الفلسطيني.

وتجدد تونس دعمها الثابت واللا مشروط لنضال الشعب الفلسطيني ضدّ الاحتلال من أجل استعادة حقوقه التاريخية المشروعة وتقرير مصيره وإقامة دولته المستقلة كاملة السيادة على كامل أرض فلسطين وعاصمتها القدس الشريف.

Suite à l'échec du Conseil de Sécurité à adopter le projet de résolution présenté par l'Algérie pour un cessez-le-feu immédiat dans la Bande de Gaza, la Tunisie tient un certain nombre de puissances internationales pour responsables de la poursuite de l'agression barbare et brutale contre le peuple palestinien frère et de la guerre d'extermination menée par l'entité occupante depuis plus de quatre mois et demi contre des civils innocents désarmés en violation honteuse de toutes les valeurs et lois humanitaires.

La Tunisie met également en garde contre les conséquences catastrophiques qui menacent le peuple palestinien et toute la région à moins que le Conseil de Sécurité des Nations Unies ne remplisse sa fonction initiale de maintien de la paix et de la sécurité internationales et renonce à la politique de deux poids deux mesures et à l'utilisation irresponsable du droit de veto, permettant à l'occupant de poursuivre ses plans de liquidation du droit palestinien en continuant à commettre des crimes de génocide, de famine et de tentatives désespérées de déplacer de force le peuple palestinien.

La Tunisie renouvelle son soutien indéfectible et inconditionnel à la lutte du peuple palestinien contre l'occupation en vue de la restauration de ses droits historiques légitimes, son autodétermination et l'établissement de son État indépendant et pleinement souverain sur l'ensemble du territoire de la Palestine, avec Al Qods Al Charif comme capitale.

Following the failure of the Security Council to adopt the resolution proposed by Algeria for an immediate cessation of hostilities in the Gaza Strip, Tunisia holds a number of international powers responsible for the continuation of the barbaric and brutal aggression against the brotherly Palestinian people and the genocidal war waged by the occupying entity for over four and a half months against innocent unarmed civilians, in a shameful blatant violation of all humanitarian values and laws.

Tunisia also warns of the catastrophic consequences that threaten the Palestinian people and the entire region unless the United Nations Security Council fulfills its initial function in maintaining international peace and security and renounce the policy of double standards and the irresponsible use of the veto right that allows the occupation to continue its plans to liquidate Palestinian rights by continuing to commit crimes of genocide, famine, and desperate attempts to forcibly displace the Palestinian people.

Tunisia reaffirms its unwavering and unconditional support for the Palestinian people’s struggle against the occupation to reclaim their legitimate historical rights, their self-determine, and establish their independent and sovereign state throughout the territory of Palestine, with Al Quds Al Charif as its capital.

بتكليف من سيادة رئيس الجمهوريّة قيس سعيّد، سيتولّى الأستاذ سليم اللّغماني، الخبير في القانون الدّولي، تقديم المرافعة الشّفاهيّة لتونس أمام محكمة العدل الدّولية يوم الجمعة 23 فيفري 2024، وذلك في إطار طلب رأي المحكمة الاستشاري من قبل الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة بموجب قرارها عدد A/RES/77/247 حول الآثار القانونيّة النّاشئة عن انتهاك الكيان الصّهيُوني المستمرّ لحق الشعب الفلسطيني في تقرير المصير وتأثير سياسات هذا الكيان وممارساته على الوضع القانوني للاحتلال والآثار المترتّبة على هذا الوضع بالنّسبة لجميع الدّول والأمم المتحدة.

ويتنزّل تقديم هذه المُرافعة في إطار التزام تونس الثّابت والمبدئي بنُصرة الحق الفلسطيني الذي لن يسقط بالتقادم ودعم المطالب المشرُوعة للشعب الفلسطيني في تقرير مصيره وإقامة دولته المُستقلّة على كامل أرض فلسطين وعاصمتها القدس الشّريف.

كما تعمل تونس من خلال هذه المُرافعة على دعم الجهود الدّوليّة من أجل حمل الكيان المُحتلّ على إنهاء عدوانه الغاشم على الشعب الفلسطيني الصّامد ووضع حد لاحتلاله لأرض فلسطين.

Sur instructions de Monsieur le Président de la République, Kais Saied, le Professeur Slim Laghmani, expert en droit international, présentera l’exposé oral de la Tunisie devant la Cour Internationale de Justice, le vendredi 23 février 2024, et ce dans le cadre de la demande d’avis consultatif adressée par l’Assemblée Générale des Nations Unies à la Cour, dans sa résolution A/RES/77/247 sur les conséquences juridiques de la violation persistante par l’entité sioniste du droit du peuple palestinien à l’autodétermination ainsi que les incidences des politiques et pratiques de ladite entité sur le statut juridique de l’occupation et les conséquences qui en découlent pour tous les Etats et l’Organisation des Nations Unies.

Ce plaidoyer s’inscrit dans le cadre de l’engagement ferme et de principe de la Tunisie à défendre les droits du peuple palestinien, qui ne se prescrivent pas, et de son soutien aux demandes légitimes du peuple palestinien pour l’autodétermination et l’établissement de son Etat indépendant sur tout le territoire de la Palestine, avec Al-Qods Al-Sharif comme capitale.

A travers ce plaidoyer, la Tunisie soutient, également, les efforts internationaux visant à mettre la pression sur l’entité sioniste afin que celle-ci mette un terme à ses agressions brutales contre le peuple palestinien et à mettre fin à son occupation du territoire palestinien.

Upon instructions by His Excellency Kais Said, President of the Republic, Professor Slim Laghmani, International Law Expert, will deliver Tunisia's oral statement before the International Court of Justice on Friday February 23, 2024, as part of the Court's Advisory Opinion, requested by the United Nations' General Assembly under its decision A/RES/77/247, on the legal consequences arising from the ongoing violation by the occupying entity of the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination and the impact of the policies and practices of the occupying entity on the legal status of the occupation and the legal consequences that arise for all States and the United Nations from this status.

The presentation of this proceeding falls within Tunisia's unwavering and principled commitment to uphold the Palestinian right, which will not lapse, and to support the legitimate demands of the Palestinian people for self-determination and the establishment of an independent State throughout Palestine, with Jerusalem as its capital.

Tunisia also seeks through this proceeding to support the international efforts to force the occupying entity to cease its brutal aggression against the steadfast Palestinian people and to put an end to its occupation of the territory of Palestine.

✅️ على هامش اشغال الدورة 37 لمؤتمر رؤساء وحكومات الاتحاد الافريقي، التقى رئيس الحكومة السيد أحمد الحشّاني مساء اليوم الجمعة 16 فيفري 2024، بمقر السفارة التونسية بالعاصمة الأثيوبية أديس أبابا، عددا من الكفاءات التونسية المقيمة بأديس أبابا، وذلك بحضور وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج السيد نبيل عمار، وسفير تونس بدولة اثيوبيا السيد عبد الحميد الغربي.

و في مستهل كلمته، نوه رئيس الحكومة بمستوى الكفاءات التونسية المقيمة في الخارج، ثم تطرق الى المجهودات الجبارة التي تقوم بها الدولة التونسية في جميع المجالات لاستعادة بريقها ومكانتها الحقيقية والطبيعية وذلك خدمة للشعب التونسي.

كما دعا رئيس الحكومة جميع الحاضرين للانخراط في مشروع "تونس الجديدة" وتمثيلها احسن تمثيل في جميع المحافل الدولية.

و اكد رئيس الحكومة في نفس السياق، على ان سيادة تونس لا تتجزأ وفوق كل الاعتبارات، وعلى ضرورة الاعتماد اولا وقبل كل شيء على انفسنا لتطوير بلادنا والنهوض بها في شتى الميادين.

بمناسبة مشاركته في أشغال القمّة السابعة والثلاثين للاتّحاد الافريقي والدورة الرابعة والاربعين للمجلس التنفيذي للاتّحاد الافريقي، أجرى السيّد نبيل عمّار، وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج، صباح اليوم الجمعة 16 فيفري 2024، بطلب منه، محادثة مع السيّد فوكازازوا يويتشي، نائب وزير الخارجيّة الياباني ورئيس الوفد الياباني الذي يحضر في أديس أبابا على هامش أشغال القمة الإفريقية.
ومثّل هذا اللقاء مناسبة لتأكيد عراقة العلاقات التونسية اليابانية وللنظر في سبل دعم التعاون الثنائي ومتعددة الأطراف بين البلدين في إطار مقاربة جديدة قوامها الربح المتبادل بين الطرفين والشراكة الحقيقية في مختلف المجالات ذات الاهتمام المشترك، على غرار التكوين الدبلوماسي والطاقات المتجددة وصناعة السيارات والتكنولوجيا الحديثة والاقتصاد الازرق والتصرف في المياه.
كما أكد الجانبان على ضرورة وأهمية متابعة نتائج ومخرجات الدورة الثامنة لندوة طوكيو الدولية حول التنمية في إفريقيا (تيكاد 8 ) التي احتضنتها تونس يومي 27 و28 أوت 2022 حتى تحقق الانتظارات المرجوة منها في التنمية والنهوض بواقع التعاون الياباني الافريقي.
وبهذه المناسية، قدم السيد وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج فكرة حول المسار التصحيحي في تونس الذي يندرج في إطار القانون ويمثل استجابة لارادة الشعب التونسي في القطع مع التدخل الخارجي في الشؤون التونسية والفساد والفوضى والمحسوبية والشلل الذي أصاب مختلف مؤسسات الدولة.
كما أكد السيد الوزير خلال هذا اللقاء على ضرورة احترام سيادة الدول وعدم التدخل في مسائلها الداخلية وكذلك احترام استقلالية القرار التونسي واحترام المواثيق والأعراف الدولية في الغرض.
وتطرق الطرفان كذلك وتبادلا أوجه النظر حول المجازر التي يرتكبها يوميا الكيان الصهيوني في حق الشعب الفلسطيني الشقيق.
وأكد السيد الوزير، في هذا الاطار، موقف تونس الثابت والمبدئي من القضية الفلسطينية باعتبارها أمّ القضايا الإنسانية مشيرا في هذا الصدد بأن تونس التي تتنوع فيها الثقافات والأديان، ترفض كليا منطق المساواة بين المعتدي والمعتدى عليه.
وأبرز أن الشعب الفلسطيني الذي يعيش حرب إبادة جماعية، ليس في حاجة الى منّة من أحد في هذا الوقت العصيب بقدر ماهو بحاجة إلى وقف فوري لإطلاق النار وادانة دولية للجرائم التي يقوم بها الكيان الصهيوني ضد الشعب الفلسطيني الأعزل.
كما ندد السيد الوزير بايقاف الدول المانحة لتمويلها للانروا وشدّد على الحاجة إلى مواصلة الضغط الدولي من أجل التوصل إلى وقف إطلاق النار ورفع العوائق المفروضة من قبل المحتلّ على دخول المساعدات الإنسانية إلى دولة فلسطين الشقيقة لتلبية الاحتياجات الإنسانية الهائلة والتصدي لمحاولات التهجير القسري.
ومن جهته، أعرب نائب وزير الخارجية الياباني عن تفهمه لمواقف تونس وعن تطلعه لنقلها إلى سلطات بلاده.

A l'occasion de sa participation aux travaux du trente-septième Sommet de l'Union Africaine et de la quarante-quatrième session du Conseil Exécutif de l'Union Africaine, M. Nabil Ammar, Ministre des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l'Etranger, a eu, ce matin, vendredi, 16 février 2024, à sa demande, un entretien avec M. Fukazawa Yoichi, Vice-ministre des Affaires Etrangères du Japon et Chef de la délégation japonaise à Addis-Abeba en marge du Sommet africain.
Cette rencontre a été l'occasion pour souligner les relations tuniso-japonaises traditionnelles et discuter des moyens à même de renforcer la coopération bilatérale et multilatérale entre les deux pays dans le cadre d'une nouvelle approche "gagnant-gagnant" et un véritable partenariat dans divers domaines d'intérêt commun, à l'instar de la formation diplomatique, les énergies renouvelables, l'industrie automobile, les technologies modernes, l'économie bleue et la gestion des eaux.
Les deux parties ont également souligné la nécessité et l'importance d’assurer le suivi des résultats et conclusions de la huitième session de la Conférence Internationale de Tokyo sur le Développement de l'Afrique (TICAD 8 ), abritée par la Tunisie, les 27 et 28 août 2022, afin de répondre aux attentes en matière de développement et en vue de faire progresser la coopération nippo-africaine.
A cette occasion, le Ministre des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l'Etranger a donné un aperçu sur le processus de réforme en Tunisie, qui s'inscrit dans le cadre de la loi et représente une réponse à la volonté du peuple tunisien de mettre fin aux ingérences étrangères dans les affaires tunisiennes, la corruption, le chaos, le népotisme et la paralysie qui ont affligé diverses institutions étatiques.
Au cours de cette rencontre, le Ministre a également souligné la nécessité de respecter la souveraineté des Etats et de ne pas s'immiscer dans leurs affaires intérieures, ainsi que de respecter l'indépendance de la décision tunisienne et de respecter les conventions et normes internationales à cet effet.
Les deux parties ont également discuté et échangé leurs points de vue sur les massacres commis quotidiennement par l'entité sioniste contre le peuple palestinien frère.
Dans ce contexte, le Ministre a affirmé la position ferme et de principe de la Tunisie sur la question palestinienne notant, à cet égard, que la Tunisie, qui compte diverses cultures et religions, rejette totalement la logique d'égalité entre l'agresseur et l'agressé.
Il a souligné que le peuple palestinien, qui vit une guerre génocidaire, n’a pas besoin de l’aide de qui que ce soit dans cette période difficile, mais plutôt d’un cessez-le-feu immédiat et d’une condamnation internationale des crimes commis par l’entité sioniste contre le peuple palestinien sans défense.
Le Ministre a également condamné la suspension du financement de l'UNRWA par les pays donateurs et a souligné la nécessité de poursuivre la pression internationale afin de parvenir à un cessez-le-feu et de lever les obstacles imposés par l'occupant à l'entrée de l'aide humanitaire dans l'État frère de Palestine pour répondre aux besoins humanitaires énormes et faire face aux tentatives de déplacement forcé.
De son côté, le vice-ministre japonais des Affaires Etrangères a exprimé sa compréhension des positions tunisiennes et sa disposition à en faire part aux autorités de son pays.

On the occasion of his participation to the 37th Summit of the African Union, and the 44th session of the Executive Council of the AU, Mr. Nabil Ammar, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, held this Friday, February 16, 2024, upon his request, a meeting with Mr. Fukazawa Yoichi, Japanese Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs and Head of Delegation of Japan, who is attending on the sideline of the Summit.
The Meeting was an occasion to underline the longstanding relations between Tunisia and Japan and to explore means of the reinforcement of the bilateral and multilateral cooperation between the two countries within a new approach based on mutual benefit and real partnership in various field of common interest, such as capacity building in diplomacy, renewable energies, cars industry, TIC, blue economy and water management.
The two sides stressed also on the importance to ensure the follow-up of the results and outcomes of TICAD8, held in Tunis, on august 27-28, 2022, in order to meet the expectations of the development and the improvement of the Japan-Africa cooperation.
Mr. Minister gave, on the occasion, a presentation on the reform process in Tunisia, which was launched in conformity with law and in response to the Tunisian people will, to give up with the external interference in the Tunisian internal affairs and the corruption, chaos, clientelism and the paralysis which has affected the different institutions of the State.
Mr. Minister has furthermore stressed on the necessity to respect the sovereignty of States and the non-interference in their internal affairs as well as to respect the Tunisian independent decision and the international obligations and practices in this field.
The two sides exchanged views on the daily crimes perpetrated by the zionist entity against the Palestinian brotherly people.
Mr. Minister reminded, in this context, the firm and unwavering position of Tunisia on the Palestinian cause as it is the mother of the human causes. He indicated that Tunisia, with its cultural and religious diversity, refuses to equally treat the aggressor and the victim.
Mr. Minister pointed out also that the Palestinian people, who are witnessing now a genocide war, is in need, only, in this difficult time, of an immediate ceasefire and an international condemnation of the crimes perpetrated by the zionist entity against him.
He denounced also the decision by the donor countries to suspend their financial contribution to the UNRWA and stressed on the need to continue the international pressure in order to reach a ceasefire and to ease the humanitarian aid access to Palestine, so as to meet the huge humanitarian needs of the Palestinians and to prevent the forced displacement of the population.
From his side, the Japanese Vice Minister expressed his understanding of the Tunisian position and promised to transmit it to the authorities of his country.
