What we focus on, increases
In meditation, we close our eyes and put our attention on the inner world of thoughts and feelings. We become conscious of any limiting beliefs so they never slip by our awareness again ... and experience the feelings of our future self.
And yet, the real beauty of meditation happens when we practice with our eyes open. Throughout our waking day, we can demonstrate what it means to live in love, joy, health, and wholeness – to become a leader, and emerge as a living example of this work.
Since covid the NHS has changed to disposable (blood pressure machine)plastic arm cuffs. They're desposed of after every use.
They're not kept until a patient leaves a clinic or is discharged from a ward. Too complicated & too much room for error.
They are disposed of after each & every use!!!
Jules had her blood pressure taken 3 times on her last visit!

Breathe. Take a few deeper breaths. Let the breath be slow and deep into the belly.
Yake your attention into the belly, breathe.
Feel your feet on the floor. Roll thr shoulders. Stretch.
Feel what movement your body needs you to do for your wellbeing.
Sigh a breath out.
Notice something around you that you appreciate. Think of 3 things that you're grateful for.
