In my happy place 💜 🙏 ✨ The wonderful privilege of offering and sharing the many benefits of Sound Healing either one to one or in a group setting has become my absolute passion alongside channeling the beautiful modality of Reiki 💫 Its Fabulous in helping with stress, anxiety and insomnia in helping to calm the nervous system as well as slowing down our brainwaves to put us into a more meditative state. This is the place where we can truly relax and take a pause from our hectic pace of life and from our busy ‘monkey’ minds. The sounds and vibrations that wash over you will help with trapped stagnant energy in the auric/biofield and chakra energy centres as well as assisting in releasing emotional and physical blockages and imbalances. Private one to one sessions and local group Sound Baths available. Also bookings for private and corporate events 🌟
