A Reiki treatment lasts about an hour, I place my hands just above my surrogate Reiki bear during the distance healing for a few minutes at a time just like you was having an in person treatment
I usually start at the head the crown Chackra working down to the root Chackra and ending at your feet to end the session
Reiki Energy is often felt as a warm or tingly sensation helping to restore balance to you mentally physically emotionally and spiritually, leaving you feeling a deep sense of peace and well-being

This Sunday 21st is the full moon in Capricorn, the Energy of this full moon is very intense and will be bringing up to the surface anything that you may be suppressing in its intensity, as we process what surfaces pay attention to it where its held, hold space for yourself to purge,it may feel overwhelming but we have to do our best to just surrender to the process, release anything that isn't serving us, we may feel extra emotional heaviness around the heart, anxiety, heavy energy, old wounds resurfacing that need attention, feeling overwhelmed, irritable these are all part of the process let's have a good heart wrenching cry,process the pain and sit and face our darkness and not be afraid to confront the uncomfortable awful things that come up, you may feel like you just want to be by your self, healing is confronting things we don't want to face, but they will keep resurfacing again and again until we face them and deal with it,release acknowledgement and purging is our path to freedom
