A little story about me for you:

I remember years ago when i first began doing Reiki on clients. I just used the back room where i lived. It was also where we ate at the time and where the baby played. I called it "The everything room" i put a fold up couch in there and not a lot else but somehow managed to get people in for treatments ...At the time i was struggling with my own health conditions, a rocky relationship and new motherhood but i knew that what i was doing was amazing and almost magical as something happened when i laid my hands on friends or family in a quest to help their pain (physical or emotional) They were able to feel the heat coming out of my hands and an energy searing through their whole body, but this isnt all that was happening

One of my first clients, wel call her "Gill" came to me for some reiki, she was a lovely woman and walked with a gait that was clearly caused by pain in her hips . I remember while she was laying on the couch I apologised for the noise my toddler was making from her cot but she said she liked to hear the sound of children that it made her smile. As i laid my hands on Gills head and began the Reiki session, i started to hear information in my head. I was hearing a name and i didnt know weather to say anything...but the voice wouldnt go away. I clearly heard the name GRAEME ...i very carefully asked Gill if shed like to hear what i was receiving and she said yes she would. So i told her i had no idea where this was coming from but that i was getting the name Graeme, that i felt he was in spirit and had passed away at about 18 or 19 and then after a while i was being told he was her brother. After what felt like ages Gill grabbed my hand and told me that her brother Graeme had taken his own life when he was 19 years old 25 years earlier! I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT I had never met Gill and knew nothing about her atal - this changed everything for me. I realised that not only was i chanelling a healing energy but also was someone communicating with something way bigger than physical exsistence!

Since my days with Gill - and i picked up on a lot more after that too...the babies that she lost, the little boy shed given birth to but then passed and i even got his name, it was crazy and gave her so much peace. I have picked it up and put it down over the years as can be quite overwhelming at times and exhausting and i dont and wont respond to sceptics because honestly? Im just a girl who knew nothing of this UNTIL IT LITERALLY HAPPENED TO ME! Since then i trained to be a Reiki master and have taken courses in tarot and palmistry, intuitive empathy and councilling so am able to manage it more professionally ...

My little toddler is now all grown up, i now live somewhere completely different, have loved again and sadly lost. I still have physical and emotional challenges but i feel my life experience helps me to empathise with others, lend an ear and be able to connect in this way.

I am now in a brand new stage of my life where i feel my Reiki has become way more powerful and my intuition is at an all time high! Such a beautiful healing session the other day for a very deserving lady. Many information came through for her too, names of passed loved ones and reassuring messages. I do love it when the universe supports me in this way to help others! 🩷🩷🦋

Do you desperately want to meditate but just cant seem to still your mind? Well your not alone! It can be difficult for anybody but those of us with adhd (im one of them) The thought of sitting still and concentrating on nothing seems almost impossible!

I have to meditate before doing a reading or a reiki session but at other times i find it very difficult to switch off...racing brain, constant conversations and thoughts , ruminating...sound familiar? WELL ive thought of another way of looking at it. The whole idea of mediatating is to LOOSE TRACK OF TIME AND THOUGHT And it doesnt matter how you do it as long as thats your goal. So you dont have to sit cross legged and still if you dont want too, you can walk in the woods or admire your garden if you have one, focus on listening to sounds or anything your comfortable with that doesnt involve you needing to know the time or getting involved with your thoughts. Walk the dog, go on exercise bike..etc .. But something that involves not having to think about anything specific or needing to know time

I have just recieved this rather lovely review from a client :)

Never having had a Reiki session before and having had more than a month of constant anxiety and panic attacks after a long haul flight, I approached .........,and booked a session with Jayne! I found this to be extremely relaxing and she kept in touch afterwards to monitor any effects. I must admit that there was only a slight improvement for the first few days but on the 10th day I woke up feeling strangely peaceful, calm and panic free! This was a couple of months ago and so far I have not felt any need of The Top Up Session she said I might need but I will certainly return to her should I feel any anxiety in the future!!!
I have since had a Tarot Reading from this lady which I found to be extremely accurate and I know that she also practises Palm Reading and ............ which I ve no doubt she equally excels at!!!

I may be a reiki therapist but i also have my own fears. I defeated one of mine last week by going on the London eye! Here i am looking a tad nervous! But it was amazing and fun and not nearly as bad as i feared.

Sometimes facing our fears can be both cathartic and strengthening and we will often realise that things arent usually as bad as we thought!

Through my own Reiki spiritual work i have learnt many times that when life gets tough, theres often a reason that we will eventually see,work through it and learn from it.

Not always easy but the bigger picture is often a totally different story to the one we wrote ourselves
