It's going to be a sunny weekend and we have two great markets all set to go with great gift ideas for Mother's Day.

We have our regular Saturday Market from 8.30am - 2.30pm and our Sunday Craft Market starting at 10.30 and finishing at 3.30. We'll have fabulous plants and cut flowers, jewellery, skincare, candles and much much more.

It’s ice cream weather too and Hup Street Food will have scoop ice cream on sale all weekend! On its own or with their delicious crêpes. 🍦

So stormy weather meant our first market at Lisburn Square Sunday Artisans today was cancelled but thought I'd share some of the meals I've enjoyed lately using my fellow market traders' produce!🙏👌

Hellbent I don't usually do sausages, but is always very generous with his sausage 😉🤣@ Comber Farmers' Market after tasting this haggis one I gave in & made a spicy saucey South African/Scottish sausage pasta thing...it was amazing! Paired it with one of my fave red wines a wee Pinotage, which just happens to be South African too!🤷‍♀️😍🍷🍝

We then had sourdough french toast with bacon, leftover sausage & heated berries for breakfast!😍🤤🍞🫐🍓

The Saintfield Saturday Market is open again for business this Saturday from 8:30am until 2:30pm. Come on down and browse a fantastic selection of high quality local produce!

We have had some major refurbishments and developments at the market over the last few weeks so it is important for us to mention that anybody who had problems with buggys, prams and mobility scooters on the gravel, will be pleased to know that the problem has now been resolved.
