Ukrainian chef and his partner are opening a restaurant in London that is fully staffed by Ukrainian refugees.

Yurii Kovryzhenko and Olga Tsybytovska are the co-founders of Mriya (Ukrainian for a dream), a restaurant that is set to open on Old Brompton Road in Chelsea, London. It is fully staffed by Ukrainian refugees who have settled in the U.K.

"Ukrainians want to work, be useful and thank London that gave them shelter," Tsybytovska writes in her Instagram post. "Mriya has brought together chefs, pastry cooks, lawyers, teachers, entrepreneurs, students, and managers from Lviv, Kyiv, Cherkasy, Ternopil, Odesa, Khmelnytsk, Buchach, Ivano Frankivsk."

the Commonwealth Games for Ukrainian Refugees.

The dress rehearsal is on Tuesday 26th July at 8pm at Alexander Stadium in Perry Barr, Birmingham.
