Some tips for your appointment to go smoothly & efficiently 💉

- Veins are much easier to find when you are well hydrated (as you should be anyway 💦)
- If you’re squeamish, having an appointment following a heavy night out can cause a bit more of a mess. However, if you’re looking for a revitalising infusion to cure that hangover then you’re in the right place!
- Let me know before the test if you’re a fainter/needle phobic. I’ll do my best to make it a comfortable experience for everyone, but I’ll also have the haribo and some precautions in place in the worst case 🍬.
- There is no shame in being needle phobic, it’s much more common than you think. However, ensuring you have a good blood sugar level and are hydrated will aid your chances in getting through the test without hitting the deck 😵‍💫

What & Why?
B12 - hydroxocobalamin. Aiding increased energy, brain function and memory, improved mood, sleep and lethargy, assist with muscle and limb weakness and helps weight loss, fertility and oral health.

B6 - Pyroxidine shot. Useful in various types of anaemia, toxic or drug induced polyneuritis, muscular cramps, idiopathic tremor, Parkinson disease, acne, seborrhoea, and atherosclerosis.

B5 - Pantothenic Acid. Vitamin B5 works as a moisturizer and anti-inflammatory agent, reducing facial blemishes and enhancing the healing process of skin wounds.

B-Complex - An individual shot of Vitamin B complex, including Vitamin B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (nicotinamide) and B6 (pyridoxine).
Benefits: increased energy, metabolism and red blood cell production, improved mental health and promotes healthy cell, neurological, heart and immune system functions. Vitamin B Complex also contributes to healthy hair, skin and nails.

B7 (Biotin) - A deficiency in Vitamin B7 may cause hair loss and skin and nail problems, therefore, supplementing with biotin can improve hair, skin and nail health.

Please note - these are administered intramuscularly (deltoid or quad) by a fully trained clinician with HCPC registration.

Whether you’re training for a comp, recovering from illness, looking for a post hangover refresh & detox or generally looking to ensure your body has the vital vitamins & minerals it requires to keep you healthy; there is something for everyone.

FAQ’s:
- These need to be booked in advance due to stock, they are ordered specifically for you
- A blood test beforehand is recommended as you can check for any deficiencies and later compare post infusion
- This requires a 10% deposit from the infusion cost as it comes at a cost to me before I can sell it on
- These can be mobile or clinic based appointments, ranging from 35-50 minutes for the infusion to go through.
- NO needle is left in your arm during the infusion, the needle is removed and a plastic tube is left in place and removed after infusion completion.
- I am fully qualified in cannulation and IV administration with over 3 years experience.
