We had a great time last Wednesday chatting to the High Sheriff of West Sussex, Philippa Gogarty about scooters, partnerships and our work in health, including our fabulous gym at the Laburnum Centre in Bognor Regis.

We're really proud of our gym, with people aged 50-97 visiting us regularly to lose weight, get fitter, improve strength, gain better co-ordination, boost their mental health, train for marathons... as well as feeling connected to others.
