LettUs Grow hosts exclusive unveiling of new Aeroponic Innovation Centre in Bristol, UK LettUs Grow officially unveiled their latest Aeroponic Rolling Bench™ product to an exclusive group of industry partners, customers and commercial growers.

Last week we officially opened the doors to our Aeroponic Innovation Centre in Bristol 🌿

This site marks our focus on efficient greenhouse farming, to direct aeroponic technology into facilities where it can have the greatest impact.

In a project led by Stourgarden Ltd, researchers at University of Essex are growing onions with LettUs Grow's ultrasonic aeroponic technology.

Growing onions with aeroponics LettUs Grow's aeroponic irrigation system is being used to grow onions in a vertical farming system. This project is a research partnership between Stourgarden, University of Essex & LettUs Grow.

Spinach is a leafy green that's well suited for aeroponics, but why?🌱

In typical hydroponic systems, the growing medium remains wet, leaving spinach highly vulnerable to root & fungal diseases. With ultrasonic aeroponics, the growing medium remains much drier, limiting the spread of pests & disease so growers can grow healthy crops, harvest after harvest.

We're very pleased to announce that we have been shortlist for the FDF Manufacturing Transformation award for the work on our innovative Aeroponic Rolling Benches.

Last week we welcomed to LG HQ Kerry McCarthy, Labour's Prospective Parliamentary Candidate (PPC) for Bristol East, to showcase our technology & share the LettUs Grow story🌿

We've been fortunate that there have been many government initiatives that have supported our growth from start-up to scale-up. But as businesses, the CEA industry & our food system changes, so must the policies that stand to up-hold them.

It was a pleasure to talk through our perspective on the industry, share our journey & what the future could look like for businesses like us with renewed government support.

Thank you to the British Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (BVCA) for arranging the visit, which ran as part of their programme of connecting PPC's with local businesses supported by venture capital, to have their voices heard in the run-up to the Election.

Spending time up at our new greenhouse site has been a real treat recently - especially surrounded by this fantastic looking basil.
