We are pleased to have been granted for the of a number of agricultural barns to five under of the in .

We are pleased to have been granted for an extension to an existing garage to create a home-working office space, within the and Conservation Area of Marshfield. Following extensive negotiations with South Gloucestershire Council who originally wanted to refuse the proposals, the revised plans submitted resulted in them accepting that the benefits of being able to work from home and reducing the need to travel, outweighed the impact on the historic character of the Conservation Area. Thanks to Davies Architectural Services for working on this with us.

We are pleased to have been granted at for the conversion of an barn to a residential under Class Q of the . Our application for costs was also successful having demonstrated that Mid Devon District Council acted unreasonably by failing to determine cases in a similar manner and refusing permission on grounds capable of being dealt with by a condition.

We are pleased to have secured permission from North Somerset Council this week for a at Secondary School, on behalf of the Lighthouse Schools Partnership. This will replace a number of temporary modular classrooms on site and provide pupils with a new state-of-the-art sports hall and science block. Looking forward to seeing this being built!
