Monday night RunFit class, well done ladies for braving the weather, luckily rain didn't last long. Pyramid style Session with body weight and Cardio πͺπββοΈ
5k run tonight instead of our usual RunFit session due to not having access to my car but still wanted to get a workout done, well done all great company for our 5k run
Thursday motivation:
Quick strength workout this morning before getting on with the jobs of the day, a quick workout is better than no workout.
Nice run around Bristol this afternoon, just over 10k done. Still quite warm out there but enjoyed getting out
Monday night RunFit, great effort tonight with a mix of running reps, lower body exercises, kettlebells and more, missed the rain too. New block starting next Monday
New 4 week block starting Monday 13th November 6.30-7.30pm meeting at bingo area of Hengrove. All fitness levels welcome as exercises can be modified, sessions include a mix of body weight, Cardio, weights, core and more. For more info please message or add a comment

Only a small group for tonight's RunFit so decided to do a 5k loop, it's been a while since we've all ran together so a nice change
