We, at St John's community centre, are delighted to introduce our defibrillator that is now fully installed and ready to use in an emergency.
Massive thanks to West Suffolk Council and Mildenhall High Town Council for match funding Keystone and enabling us to bring this life saving equipment to the St John's estate.
Keep your eyes peeled for updates on our 'defibrillator awareness night' when we will have a first aid expert in the building, giving a talk and demonstration on using a defibrillator should you need to.

Here's some preview shots of our beautiful scrapbook created by our resident WalknCraft group alongside the mural. The book archives every submission we received and serves as a reference to the faces featured on the mural. It will be looked after by us at our building for many years to come - you can pop in any time we are open and read through it if you fancy!
We are absolutely over the moon with it. Thanks so much again to everyone who worked on it, particularly Allison Holloway, Cheryl Stokes, Gill Anderson and Sheila Mulqueen❤️

After the success of some taster sessions, regular circle dancing will be taking place at our Centre on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 2pm. That means the next one is next week on the 24th October! Please do come along and meet Jen :)
Thank you so much to everybody who submitted friends, family and loved ones to our Get On The Mural project! In the end we had nearly 70 submissions, and had to get these down to around just 7 or 8 people for our mural. Successful submissions will be contacted very soon to confirm their success.
There's not really any bad news though - EVERYBODY who has been submitted will be made into a sticker which will be applied to our front fence, and their stories chronicled in a scrapbook which will remain at our Centre for people to look through any time :)
Keep an eye out on our building over the next two weeks for some very exciting work going on, and stay tuned for more updates!
Thank you all again!❤️
