A moment to reflect.

Today we are commemorating the life and service of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Our deepest condolences remain with the Royal Family and all those whose lives she touched.

First thing to say about today’s prize giveaway for THE biggest female boxing fight for years is that we don’t have two tickets as promised, we actually have FOUR!

So, well done to Hayley Saunders who grabs the first 2 and to Kavita Sandhu for the second pair.

Our phone went ballistic on this one, but these it seems were the fastest, so well done to them, have a great night.

Warren is off having a break this week but I'm sure he'd want to know the boxers worked HARD tonight. LOTS of sweat, well done everyone

Well done to Reece Evans who scored a points decision win on Saturday with a great performance.

Boxing down at Whitstable he met Oscar Watson from Swanley ABC who had more fights on his record but Reece boxed with confidence from the start, working well behind his jab.

A well deserved win for a lad who works hard and never misses a session.

Nice group in tonight to get our week underway

Great boxing class tonight with our people joined by a team from the Royal Engineers Wimbish Station Boxing team. A great bunch of guys led by Gaz Oates who a few years back was part of our gym winning the IKF English K1 title as well as being part of our team that attended the Unified World Championships in Italy.

Nice to see Gaz again as well as Jenson Rowley another one of our fighters from a few years back who is now part of Gaz's team having joined the Engineers 3 years ago.

A good training session enjoyed by everyone conducted in a great atmosphere and ended with Brian Reineri being beaten up by everyone for his birthday 😂
