Meet Claire our fabulous new yoga teacher at Bodhi 💚
We are excited to announce that Claire will be teaching every Tuesday and taking over Juliet’s slot at 10am, whilst Juliet takes some time with her family
Claire will guide you through a vinyasa flow practice which is centred around celebrating the body and the mind, promoting holistic wellbeing. Though our breathwork, asana (physical practice) and relaxation, you will be nourishing your body with a full body stretch and conditioning and bringing some calm and peace to busy minds. All bodies are welcome whether this is your first time practicing or as an addition to an already established practice.
It’s great that Claire is now a part of the Bodhi team, as she has recently just graduated from the Bodhi Yoga Teacher Training programme and is starting her yoga journey with us
