As I have been away on holiday this week, and next weeks Tue 6.30pm is already full, I am putting on a later class straight after at 7.45pm. Book now on the schedule!
Reminder - Yoga is not just an hour for your body to stretch but an hour away from everything that over stretches your mind 💆🏻♀️ sometimes we really need to put ourselves in an environment where we can leave the phone outside and just be.
As it’s a little quieter over summer, for my evening sessions I just have Tuesdays 6.30pm on - still some spaces for tonight left!

October Retreat Weekend 🌿 now taking bookings! My retreat is limited to 12/13 guest to keep it an intimate and cozy environment where we can chat and get to know each other as well as enjoy time alone to relax.
After Feb’s winter retreat I couldn’t wait to secure my Autumn dates. I think it’s a great time for transitioning out of the busy summer and into the autumn months. The weather should be lovely for some exploring too!! The location is a beautiful house where me and Reiss have stayed as guest the last few year so I’m excited to come back to host!

Ohhhh we can learn so much from trees 🌳 in Chinese Medicine & Qigong spring correlates with the WOOD element, representing the importance of nourishing our roots, building strength and stability so we can grow, be creative, expand. However we must do so mindfully and not throw ourselves into things too quickly, we must cultivate the growth into spring gradually.
Looking forward to exploring this tomorrow at our Reatorative Spring Morning ☀️I have had a few enquiries for an evening session, and I think I would like to offer a spring qigong session towards end of April, likely a Thurs or Friday evening, maybe online too! This practice builds skill and control in movement and breath. Improving total body awareness and proprioception, translating to better movement and awareness in life. The bi product is a sense of relaxed presence, a calm and quiet mind and vitality. People are often surprised that it’s not as ‘easy’ as they thought, but it is very accessible to anyone as it is practiced to your body and range.
Come give it a try. No, it’s not just for old people, I assure you!!

Pssst….You are probably going to feel a bit stiff this week. Yup…..
After a couple weeks out of routine, maybe more time in bed or on the sofa, or overcome an illness, you are likely going to feel a wee bit stiff and tight….And that is totally fine!!!
What’s important is that you don’t stay stagnant for too long, and that you dust yourself off and get back to it. Accepting the extra tightness or weakness as just a natural part of the body and life’s flows up and down 🤷🏻♀️ I’m stiff AF this week and making my way back!
