TT bike or Road Bike?! What do you ride?

As our courses are so flat and fast, we always recommend people use a TT/Tri bike if you have one. But, we have a large amount of competitors who ride normal road bikes, so no need to put a TT bike on your Christmas list!

We get people riding on TT bikes, road bikes, road bikes with TT bars and even mountain bikes!!

It’s better with friends!

At our races, we often get groups of friends, colleagues, team mates and families. We love nothing more than to see groups enjoying the day together and cheering each other on!

Coming as a big group? We can get you racked together and starting at the same time. If there’s a decent enough amount of you, we can even do a DISCOUNT! Let us know!

As always, we look to make our races as inclusive as possible. This means we don’t publish a specific cut-off time at our races.

All we ask is you’re giving your best effort to make a reasonable amount of forward momentum! Provided you’re not stopping for a nap on the run course, we will aim to keep things open for you.

We pride ourselves on being the friendliest and most accommodating middle-distance race on the circuit. We get a lot of racers who return year on year.

One of the many highlights of the day is seeing the relay teams coming together to compete. Often you have Athletes out of their comfort zone, but who are willing to put it all on the line to help their team!

Who’s still open water swimming and racing? 🏊‍♀️

The swim start at .32! This lovely natural lake is home to both of our races.

In keeping with our theme of being great for beginners, the lake allows for a gentle beach start into the nice calm water. What’s not to love?

We offer either a mass start or rolling start option, to cater for all tastes!
