Rachel is a Breath Worker based in Derby, with a passion for self-empowered and natural healing, in support of physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

The Breathwork that Rachel practises is a body-based therapy that combines talking therapy, intentional breathing and conscious awareness. It has a foundation in Rebirthing and Tibetan 5 element breathing and was developed by Nathalia Westmacott (the Founder of the First Breath training organisation), who has over 20 years experience in the field of Breathwork.

Rachel has found Breathwork profoundly supportive as part of a healing journey for challenges such as; Grieving and processing infertility, baby loss and childlessness. Alleviating chronic body pain. Gaining consciousness around stepping away from addictions and dependencies. Letting go of old family / childhood stories and school trauma. Releasing old wounds of violent & manipulative relationships. Addressing anxiety and panic attacks.

Rachel is also passionate about using and supplying natural & environmentally friendly products that are centred around therapeutic grade essential oils, which she's found are the perfect compliment to breath and body work for both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Rachel has completed over 3 years of intense Breathwork training (graduating in 2023) and has been supporting herself and others through deep and dynamic personal processes in a 1:1 setting and as part of groups/pairs, since 2020.

Rachel is available to support people in the East Midlands and online to go deeply, safely and compassionately in to their personal process.

Did you know that we have a new practitioner in the building?

Rachel Cordon of Rise & Align - Breath and Body therapy is our new resident Reiki practitioner🌟 and Breathworker 🌬.

Rachel is delighted to be providing 1:1 sessions, classes and is also in the process of planning some exciting workshops and groups (watch this space!).

Rachel is currently taking Reiki bookings here at the health centre and will be taking new breathwork clients from October.
