We've rounded up our top tips to help you stay on track even when your social calendar is FULL this month
- Go For Smaller Portions Eating at a restaurant? Why not split a dish with a friend and order some veggies or a salad on the side? Restaurant portions are often much bigger than a normal portion - and it's easy to overeat when you're busy talking with friends.
- Make It a Date - an exercise date. Why not head out on a walk with a friend instead of a coffee shop catch up? That way you get some extra steps in without even thinking about it.
- Drink 2 large glasses of water as soon as you sit down at your dinner or arrive at the bar. This will help make you feel fuller and perhaps prevent over ordering when it comes to the food.
- Meal Prep Like a Pro! When you're busy, it's easy to fall back into old habits and opt for convenience especially if you are trying to maintain. Prepare your meals and snacks to ensure healthy food is always easily available.
- Take your product with you and don't be embarrassed to say 'NO'. Your weight loss journey should be all about you.
Remember it's all about balance. You can still have your treats, but let it be a 1:1 Diet treat 💙

Dieting is so much easier to stick to Monday to Friday, but when the weekend comes all structure goes out of the window, and with it, the diet! So, how do you make sure your hard work during the week isn’t wasted at the weekend?
Here’s today's tips to keep you on track…
What’s your motivation?
This is one of the main reasons people fail on a diet. Many people start losing weight, get really excited and forget the reason that they started dieting in the first place.
Once that happens, it’s much easier to make little mistakes: ‘I’ll just have one!’, ‘I’ll just take today off’, ‘I’ll get back on track next week’. Sound familiar?
It helps to write down your ‘WHY’ – what is the main reason you are losing weight?
Do you just want to be able to buy a pair of jeans?
Do you want to be able to run around with your kids without getting out of breath?
Whatever your motivation, write it down and put it somewhere you will see it a lot (why not make it your screensaver on your phone?)! If your ‘why’ is with you all the time you are less likely to fail!
