It’s was an early one this morning! Just me at 3 others in the gym…… it was 4am mind you! 😂

Todays workout efforts!
Now, I use my belt to track my cardio intensity that I’m aiming to work at. (Maximum Heart Rate Percentage)
It’s not 100% accurate, but, it does give me something to work with and monitor.
It’s a tracking device (like a watch for steps) that keeps me accountable, keeps me motivated to push that little further during a session, as cardio is pants!! (p.s. This was 2 exercise classes I took and not one single cardio session, I’m not insane 😂)
It’s been a busy few weeks with lots of changes.
Clients are still been doing well.
Goals are being reached and some have been adjusted slightly.
All on track and ready for the next week ahead.
For me, it’s a rest weekend and golf tomorrow!
