Simple and easy breakfast that you can prep in advance!👌

Follow the steps below & enjoy! 😋

Overnight protein oats:

1. 1x sachet of oats (or 30g)
2. 0% fat Greek Yoghurt (100g - can be less if needed)
3. 1x scoop of My Protein Vanilla Whey (25g)
4. Mix together and top with raspberries

Total breakdown:
Calories - 340
Protein - 32g
Carbs - 34g
Fat - 7.4g

It’s was an early one this morning! Just me at 3 others in the gym…… it was 4am mind you! 😂

Getting up and getting my workout in definitely helps me start my day.

I feel better for it. I feel motivated. I feel energised (yes even that early!) I feel more productive.

There is always that voice in your head saying “No not today, just leave it. Have a rest day. You’re tired 🥱 You went yesterday”

Don’t listen to it.

Yes I went yesterday. Yes I was a little tired given it was 4am! Yes I could have had a rest day. But I went, knowing that I’d feel 💯x better once I finished.

If you’re looking for some help with your training, especially as we get into the darker mornings & nights, colder weather and when you’re motivation / consistency starts to drop.

Todays workout efforts!

Now, I use my belt to track my cardio intensity that I’m aiming to work at. (Maximum Heart Rate Percentage)

It’s not 100% accurate, but, it does give me something to work with and monitor.

It’s a tracking device (like a watch for steps) that keeps me accountable, keeps me motivated to push that little further during a session, as cardio is pants!! (p.s. This was 2 exercise classes I took and not one single cardio session, I’m not insane 😂)

It’s been a busy few weeks with lots of changes.

Clients are still been doing well.

Goals are being reached and some have been adjusted slightly.

All on track and ready for the next week ahead.

For me, it’s a rest weekend and golf tomorrow!
