Corns are caused by friction or pressure to an area of the foot. Minimise the risk of corns by wearing thick socks, wearing wide comfortable footwear that does not rub with good insoles, use 10% urea based creams regularly to moisturise your skin. For advice on corns speak to your podiatrist
