They can help us to deepen our roots and life force into the physical world. Water and Plants are the healers that can restore our essence through their gentle flow and cleansing ability.

Fire, and Sun are the light bearers. They enhance our vision and Soul's potential. Feathers and Wind can cut away the old and open our way forward.

Once we regain our ability to listen and perceive the voice of the "invisible world", we can access invaluable guidance and support for our path and journey ahead. Also, we reclaim our sense of belonging and release the experience of separation.

We remember that we are part of a big circuit of interconnection and life, which is just waiting for us to awaken and open our hearts.

We had a fabulous time at our Community Woodland yesterday immersing with Woodland Wonders with children and their parents.

We enjoyed the warm sun, made a bed to plant some yarrow, flowers, herbs. We engaged with nature friends as they came closer. We made flower crows and shared stories.

Stay turned for our upcoming adventures in 2 weeks time. All families are welcome.

Our Woodland Wonders program offers a holistic approach to engaging families with nature creating together a woodland garden.

This is a unique and rewarding experience where everyone can share and learn from one another.

To start, consider the natural habitat of woodland plants, which thrive in shaded areas with well-rotted organic matter and mulch.

By combining practical gardening activities with the calming energy of the woodland, families can develop a deeper appreciation for the natural world and foster lifelong environmental stewardship.

20 July (Elder Tree) - Join us for a Journey with our Native Trees.

These circles are open to all who would like to explore their connection and relationship with the land and trees around us.

You need to have NO prior experience of herbal or shamanic medicine to join.

In each circle, we will gather to explore in depth the medicine of one tree. This upcoming one with our precious Elder.

With decades of dedication to reconnecting with her indigenous roots, Claudia also actively supports indigenous communities through various projects while continually enriching her practice and understanding.

Claudia is a visionary leader, she manages the Planetary Healing Centre's Projects and is also a trustee. She is the author of the book "Shamanism as Medicine".

At the last workshop we worked with “Archie’s Besom” a lovely story from Duncan Williamson.

We also moved according to how our body felt with the story.

And we even had time for a craft session making our own Besom. 🙏

Fantastic experience for parents and children age 4 to 10 yrs old.

The next Elemental Wisdom: Creative Journeys through Mother Earth will happen at the Planetary Healing community woodland on Sun 14th of July and Sun 4th of Aug.

At the last workshop we worked with the Air beings who offered deep internal and external cleansing 🙏

For the last series that happened at the Salisbury Centre as our venue, many people did commit to two/ three workshops sessions and it was wonderful to see their creativity growth within the experience.

On the new moon of yesterday 06/06/24, we were honored by the loving presence of our Celtic Elder, Margot Daru-Elliot, at the Women’s Ancestors Work gathering. Margot spoke about the importance of “walking the walk,” emphasising that it's no longer just about “talking the talk.” When I asked her to elaborate, she explained:

"You can talk all you want, watch YouTube videos, learn from various gurus, and they will tell you everything. But at the end of the day, when you’re down and out and feel like you can’t take the next step, you have to walk through the fire and face the hurt. That’s what ‘walking the walk’ is about; it's the pilgrimage of life.

Imagine if it was dark and something approached you, causing fear. Stand your ground! You are protected. Walking the walk is about taking the next step with courage.

‘Walk the walk’ is not about telling everyone what to do. And we should be grateful for the fact that we can walk this journey. Gratitude for everything is essential, as it is all part of this grand journey."

Our ancestors are waiting for us to whisper our gratitude back to them. Before that there is so much healing work we need to do. So let’s begin the work. Join me tonight for the women’s ancestral work. With a special elder as our guest! The guest is a surprise!

Our next Mothers circle will be on 19th of June 2024.

Mother's Circle - with baby included

Last session was dedicated to birth. Birth as an ancestral skill. We started off with a brief grounding meditation as the mums arrived and settled in with their babies.

We did introductions, we said our names and our children's names, and we named some "feelings" we had brought with us in the session. For example, feeling anxious,frustrated, overwhelmed, joyful, and excited.
Then, we talked about conscious birthing as an innate instinct, the concept of physiologic design of birth as a natural instinctual process.

After that the mums shared their birthing stories freely in a safe sacred space and the group shared reflections on each other's stories.

We had a final guided meditation with a sound bath. And at the end, together everyone blew the candle off on the altar to close space.

We are really looking forward to our next meeting. Every mum and baby is very welcome!

The next Women's Circle - on full moon. will be on Sat 22nd of June.

We also have Men's Circle - on full moon also on Sat 22nd of June.

At our gathering this week, we focused on manifestation. We explored what we want to bring into our lives and journeyed to receive inner guidance.

Each of us committed to one action that will help us manifest our desires.

Sitting in a sacred circle with amazing women was incredibly inspiring. 🙏❤️ Yes, yes, yes to living fully empowered!

The next Woodland Wonders: Family Gardening and Forest Bathing will be on June 04 - 2024.

On the first day of Woodland Wonders, we began with an introduction to the colours of sweet violets.

We showed everyone what they look like and where they grow, giving everyone a chance to find them so we could make tea and observe the water change to a light bluish hue, which amazed us all.

With a splash of lemon, we saw it turn light rose.

Additionally, we planted eight cherry trees in carefully chosen spots and will watch them grow over the years.

We also tended to our small woodland garden.

For our next event, each kid will receive a package of bee flower seeds to plant and take one home and plant in their gardens.

Within these sessions, guided by the energies of the day, you'll find a range of transformative practices including healing modalities such as ancestral healing, sound healing, shamanic healing, and ceremonial healing.

Embark on a journey of personal growth and deep transformation, embracing a life brimming with purpose, passion, success, and vitality.

At our first Ancestral Healing women's gathering, we conducted a ceremony to heal both our ancestors and ourselves.

With offerings from our hearts, we crafted a beautiful parcel dedicated to our lineage, which we ceremoniously sent to them through the sacred fire, deepening our connection and honouring our roots.

Meanwhile, the men convened in the woodland for their own special ceremony dedicated to the ancestors.

Our next gathering is scheduled for the new moon on June 6th. You are welcome to join us!
