🌱Ready to make a switch to sustainable candles?

22nd of April, Summergate Candles will be at Eco Oasis Fest, selling their homemade soy wax candles and home fragrances 🌸 🌱

Soy wax candles are better for the environment as they are plant-based rather than extracted from oil. Once soya is harvested it can be grown again and again. And as a bonus, they do not pollute the air when burning!

🌍Our posters just came in and we couldn’t be more happy about the result.

We try to make sure our processes are as eco-friendly as possible, so we opted for mixture of recycled and sustainable paper.

Come and celebrate Earth day with us, our tickets are up for sale! 🎟️

An example of one of the wonderful stalls from our last event, smellytreesofscotland! I (Helena) still have their diffuser at home and it is one of my favourite scents!

You just need a few drops and in a matter of minutes your whole flat smells like you are in the Tentsmuir forest.

🌍Here at Eco Oasis Fest we not only support eco-friendly businesses, but also small businesses and local entrepreneurs. By supporting Scottish businesses we help the local economy grow and it means less transport, creating less pollution.

Catherine falls into the category of local entrepreneurs who sold products at our event last year. She created amazing laser-cut earrings, hand-knitted bags, handmade candles and on-the-day goblin drawings!

This is the lovely Nadja from Lunaticrafts who sold her amazing vegan recipe book at our event last year! You can expect her to be at our next event too🥰

Mission Nutrition is not only filled with tasty vegan recipes, but the book itself is sustainable as well. Nadja found a small printing business in Essex and they printed the book with recycled materials and vegetable ink.

We are happy to announce that our team is expanding! This year our classmate Pavel is joining us to help Eco Oasis grow into a bigger and even better festival. His experience of putting on live shows will come in handy, as he is helping with the planning and coordination of the event.

We are a student-lead eco-friendly market and festival, focused on promoting businesses that care for our planet 🌍
