The Kaleidoscope Bar

Located on the ground floor of 28 Queen Street, the Kaleidoscope bar is open to non-members 6 days a week and we welcome Edinburgh residents and visitors to Edinburgh to join us for a dram and learn what the SMWS experience is all about.

It has a huge range of ever-changing single cask, single malt whiskies and cask cocktails from the SMWS, as well as a curated selection of cocktails, craft beers and other wine and spirits.

We already know that The Scotch Malt Whisky Society offers incredible whiskies. Now the Society’s Kaleidoscope Bar, at 28 Queen Street in Edinburgh, has been named the Icons of Whisky Global Bar of the Year in Whisky Magazine’s World Whisky Awards 2022.
