Hamstrung is a ‘stirring and impactful’ interactive ghost story about the space between live theatre and the afterlife.
Yorick, Hamlet’s legendary court jester, has been roused from the dead to perform one last time — and he is here to make merry! At first confused, his dawning realisation of where he is leads him to visit the world of the living, where he reconnects with his lost love of performance while accidentally leaving a trail of destruction in his wake.
Join this famously fickle fellow of infinite jest as he digs up the bones of his misspent life in this irreverent resurrection of Shakespeare’s greatest tragedy.
To see or not to see? There is no question.
Written and performed by George Rennie
Directed by Lisa Millar
