Our work in theatre week is BACK and goes on sale Tue 25 Jun!

If you, or a young person you know, has always wanted to experience what it's like to work in the UK's largest all-seated theatre, learning everything from technical to marketing to ushering, then put this date in your diary 📔

Summer has arrived and we would like to remind all students that there are a few things you can do to stay cool at Stagecoach:

- Stagecoach uniform still applies but why not switch your joggers and your leggings for some black shorts/cycle shorts?

- Hair neatly tied back to keep you cool!

- Lots of water (refillable bottle)

We are thrilled to be working alongside .swords on Sunday 23rd June as part of our Industry Day for our Stage 3 and Further Stages students. The awesome will be running Stage Combat workshops to help our students develop their stagecraft skills.

Victoria started her sword fighting journey through performance. She attended East 15 Acting School and earned a BA (Hons) in Acting and Stage Combat. She then returned to Scotland and sought out HEMA to learn more about sword fighting historically.

Having represented Scotland at two Commonwealth Games as a rhythmic gymnast, Victoria is no stranger to competition.

Saorsa were also awarded the prestigious Martial Awards School of the Year award. We can’t wait to have them share their expertise and passion with our Stagecoach students.

To all our students and families - as you may know, June is Pride month and it means way more than just posting a rainbow or two.

It is a chance to show your support for the LGBTQIA+ community and to use this time to listen, to learn and to allow those important voices a space to educate us! 🏳‍🌈🏳‍⚧💕

REMINDER! Troupe auditions TODAY! 1.30-3.30pm at George Watsons (upper primary hall - see map in email). Can’t wait to see you all there. No need to prepare anything - the audition is workshop style and everything will be taught on the day.
