🌟 We are thrilled to announce the successful delivery of the International Youth Project in partnership with Yoga Mandala Project: supporting refugees with Yoga at Ukrainian Community Centre Bray & North Wicklow / Український центр on the 10th of March! 🎉

🌈 Our event was dedicated to exploring wellbeing and cultural differences among children and teenagers aged 7 to 13. It was an incredible opportunity to delve into discussions about the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of health 🤔 looking at how we communicate and celebrate people from different cultures.

💃 Moreover, we conducted engaging workshops on art, drama, and dance showcasing how these creative outlets can significantly improve mental and physical wellbeing. 🎭

🌟 We invite children and teenagers aged 7 to 18 to an exciting meeting dedicated to exploring the mystery of "well-being"!
🤔 During the meeting, we will discuss the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of our health.

🎭 Additionally, we will conduct a workshop on art and drama as a way to improve mental and physical health.

The event will be held in English on Wednesday, April 10th, from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Registration is mandatory.
