A small group of people who do some theatre. We are about theatre, and we want theatre to be about things.
And that’s a wrap. Don’t worry, Alex has said he’ll never rap again.
Big shout out to our very unofficial drinks sponsor. We couldn’t have come up with the silly concept for our show without the help of *we have received no renumeration for this post, though we are always willing to talk with a representative from Tennents.
One of the most important lessons from the Edinburgh Fringe - an audience of one still counts!
We have a trailer! Make sure you catch Terrence The T-Rex at the Edinburgh Fringe this August!

This poster is a little bit bigger than we were expecting.
Here we go. The first full week begins today! Thank you to everyone who has seen the show already, keep telling your pals about the best (and only?) dinosaur themed anti-romcom at this years fringe!
Views from the gallery of today’s filmed performance.
Very productive day in the theatre.
That’s our first preview done! Thank you for everyone who came along. We’ve got another preview tomorrow before our opening day.
Views from the techbox!
It’s a sign!
Last couple of run throughs before we start the run!
Not long to wait now!
Very exciting time to be a fan of dinosaurs and Terrence The T-Rex!
That’s one week to go until our first preview in Edinburgh. Have you got your tickets yet?
Does anyone want to give us a hand with flyering?
I guess you might call this an outtake from our photoshoot!
Making sure the show is as perfect as possible! Invaluable advice from our director .hounsell
We really are counting the days down now!
One of the more… interesting… of our rehearsal shots.
We are now a month away from the first performance of Terrence The T-Rex at the Edinburgh Fringe! Follow the link in our bio for tickets!
And reintroducing/reminding you of Alex Zawalnyski, our writer/Terrence. Alex was rather heavily involved in last year’s production and can’t wait to take Terrence The T-Rex back to The play started life as a monologue that was performed on the bedlam stage in 2020. Being back in Bedlam will feel like a home coming!
We are beyond excited to introduce Morgan Ferguson who will be playing Sarah in our run of Terrence The T-Rex at this year’s Edinburgh Fringe. Based just outside of Glasgow, Morgan will be heading to London in September to continue studying theatre.
TERRENCE THE T-REX will be for the whole of August. Catch this dynamic dino duo at 12:30 almost everyday. All Terrence wants is to "make it" as a dinosaur entertainer, land a Netflix deal, and get his ex back. The world, however, has other plans. He’s stuck in a messy cycle of rejection, failure, and being laughed at for his handmade (and to scale) T-Rex costume. When Tri-Sarah-Tops comes along, Terrence begins to question everything that he thought was important to him. This ‘funny, sweet anti-romcom’ (**** TheWeeReview.com) is like a ‘fun BBC sitcom waiting to be picked up' (Scotsman). Photo by Darius Eastwood, design by Matt Price (
We’re very excited to announce that we’ll be back at the Edinburgh Fringe this year with a revamped, bigger, better version of Terrence The T-Rex. We’ll be heading to Bedlam Theatre everyday- tickets in the bio.
We’re looking for someone to play Sarah at this year’s Edinburgh fringe.
We're looking for someone to play Sarah in this Terrence the T-Rex at this year's Fringe. If you're interested, there is a short monologue to read, send it through to us by the 1st May.
Any questions, let us know. Can't wait to see what you send us.
Here it is! The final episode of the 2022 fringe series! We catch up with Pollyanna Esse, Julian Spooner and Fergus Morgan! Give it a listen. Link in bio.
Coming tomorrow! In this episode we go and chat with three of the people we interviewed pre-fringe, to find out what their experience of fringe 2022 was like. First, we speak with Pollyanna Esse (Director of 20 Minutes of Action) about expectations and the effect of a verbatim play. Second, we speak to Julian Spooner (Co-Director of Rhum + Clay) about what you can learn after a decade of making fringe theatre. Finally, we speak to Fergus Morgan (Theatre Critic) about the number of shows he saw, and question just how successful this year’s fringe was.
