Much gratitude to my beautiful friend , who allowed me to use her newly built therapy studio , to perform a small group sound healing session 🙏🙌🎶
Much to my delight I was fully booked and was appreciated by all .The majority of the lovely souls that attended hadn't had a sound bath /healing before and all expressed how relaxing it was .,and want to come to regular monthly sessions .🙏
I feel so blessed and filled with positivity, which in turn gives me more motivation with my purpose .and dreams .
Its my desire and passion to build this up with more offerings and more instruments 🙏💗

About me 😊
I have studied Reiki energy healing, completed courses to gain certificates at level 2, to be a practitioner.
I also have studied Sound healing, completed a course to gain a certificate.
I am very passionate about both healing modalities, and find that I enjoy performing sound healing with my sacred instruments.
I offer a session of the 2 combined together or seperately. I have just started doing group sound healing sessions, in various locations in Exeter.

REIKI is an ancient Japanese practice that balances the mind, body and spirit through hand placements on the body channeling positive source energy. It promotes deep relaxation, relieves stress and tension while also assisting with the clearing of blocked energy chakras in the body.
