good morning everybody - just to let you know that we are closed on Mondays until further notice to recharge our batteries - we would like to thank you so much for your great support - sitting outside in the miserable British weather has not been the ideal situation - saying that - we have purchased two absolutely huge parasols to combat this - which seems to have worked - sadly not everyone can squeeze underneath them - as we do still have to social distance - BUT "and a big but" our doors will soon be open for all to sit inside well away from the horrible elements that we are being tested with - this date is Tuesday 18th May 2021 - this is a new day for all - hope to see you soon - thank you - the django's team

TO ALL YOU NO SHOWS - it is with great anger that i have to write this - it is hard enough for restaurants in this current climate to survive without bloody customers who have booked tables in advance - and then have the audacity not to turn up - roughly costing just short of £100 in just one day - a late phone call or message would have been nice - but to not just turn up is seriously out of order - and then not to answer your phone when we try to find out what's going on and sort this matter out - because of YOU NO SHOWS we are now looking at introducing a booking system where customers will have to pay a non refundable booking fee if you are a no show - this fee will then be taken from your final bill - we do apologise for these actions but we do not see another way round this - kind regards dean

Hi to all - thank you so much for everyone that applied for the vacant position in django's - unfortunately this position has now been filled - kind regards dean

All the hard work has paid off - well done to all at django's

Baked nectarines with grilled cinnamon brioche honeyed mascarpone and pistachio nuts - deep fried calamari and aioli dip - chicken and chorizo salad

Parmesan polenta topped with a chorizo - spinach - feta - olive tapenade - roast red pepper stuffed chicken breast - served with a rustic tomato sauce - all homemade by our django's team

This weekend in django's - grilled whole sea bass or sea bream with lemon and fennel butter sauce - please note that these fish do contain bones

Delicious homemade 8oz chorizo and sun dried tomato scotch egg - served with guacamole - tomato red onion salsa and sweet potato fries - "we also have black pudding scotch eggs"

This trial dish will be hitting the tables in django's this weekend - homemade griddled parmesan and rocket polenta wedges topped with creamy mushroom ragout - king prawn salsa - classic french tatatuille - who knows - lets just see on the day - enjoy - UNFORTUNATELY THINGS HAVE GONE A WEE BIT WRONG AND WILL NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE THIS WEEKEND - WE DO APOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED
