We’re sure by now you all know our amazing Kat, General Manager here at The Pullman. Joining the team when we reopened after lockdown, Kat’s an absolute powerhouse who loves a good cider, or a proper stout (for those of you who enjoyed the dangerously tasty Death By Caribbean Chocolate Cake Imperial Stout during - Kat is to blame!)

The change in seasons means it’s new menu time here at The Pullman. Our restaurant menus offers comforting classics, Pullman staples (you really can’t best our homemade pie) and exciting new additions.

The team are particularly enjoying the Camembert brûlée starter, and the red wine braised ox cheek.
