Here are the clubs matches for 2024, anyone wishing to join can contact myself on 07377419656. The membership is £20 a year with a competition fee of £20 per match of which is divided beween 1st, 2nd and 3rd and heaviest flat fish and round fish but may may change depending on numbers fishing. Rules will explained when joining. All matches are fished on the lower deck of the Admiralty pier Dover CT3.
Here are the results of the 1st f.s.a.a comp of 2023 fish on CT3. The format of this match had a maximum of 15 dogfish limit 500g per fish per angler and all other fish measure to weight conversion. 1st Mick Tapsell 19.700g incl h/fish Smoothhound 3.340g , 2nd Martyn Reid 10.420g 3rd Dominic Powell 7.580g. The next match is on Saturday 19th August on CT3, please contact Mertyn Reid for details of entry etc.

1st Martin Humphries with 48.230kg with 10 Smooth hounds.
2nd Ray Coyne with 33.020kg Smooth Hounds and Ray.
3rd Jacob Gainey with 32.850kg Smooth Hounds and Rays.
Heaviest fish, Ray Coyne Smooth Hound 7.770kg
Heaviest Flat, No flat caught. so Second heaviest fish goes to Jacob Gainey 7.140kg.
The next club match is on Tuesday 24 May at Reculver, meet at the King Ethelbert pub car park 1800-1815. fishing from 19;00 to 23;00.

2nd Jacob Gainey 20.450kg Dogfish, Whiting and Pouting.
3rd Mick Tapsell 19.350kg Dogfish, Whiting and Pouting.
The heaviest Flat fish was a Dover Sole 760g for Andy Gainey, Andy also had the heaviest round fish, a Dogfish of 810g.
Other species caught, strap Conger.
The next club match is a Folkestone Pier match on Wednesday 23/03/2022 fishing from 19;00 to 23;00, meet at the pier gates for 18;00 to 18;15.
The next Club match planned for Sunday 20th Feb is cancelled, this is due to another match planned on the same date. The match planned for 20th Febuary will be re-scheduled. Information of the new date will follow.
Here is the result of the first club match fished on Sunday 23rd January 2022. This match was a Club boundaries match.
1st Robert Harwood-Brown 2.260kg with whiting and Dab. 2nd Mick Tapsell 1.200kg with Dogfish,Whiting and Dabs. 3rd Jacob Gainey Plaice and Dab. The heaviest round fish was a Dogfish for Mick Tapsell of 510gr, the heaviest flat fish was a Plaice for Jacob Gainey of 550gr. The next match is a Club boundaries match on Sunday Febuary 20th fishing 11;30 to 15;30.
The first club match in 2022 is this Sunday and is a club boundaries match. Meet at the white shelter on Princess parade Seabrook at 11;15, fishing times are 12;30 to 16;30. Membership to be paid prior to the start of the match.
