I’ve missed you all very much and I’m really missing Zumba 💃🏻🪩
‼️ So I’ve decided to try a Monday morning class in Helsby Methodist Church Hall ‼️
Time 🕰️ will be 9.30am ✔️👏
I’m going to be making a transition to Zumba Gold, this is a more low impact class with slightly slower rhythms, a much kinder class to our joints. So any new tracks that I learn will be ‘Gold’ tracks.
🗓️ This class will start on **Monday 9th September** 🗓️
The class will be 45mins and the cost will remain £5 per class.

Hi all, I hope you are well. I’m afraid I’ve come to a decision to stop my Tuesday class. It has just become too difficult to juggle family life and my class. ❤️
I’m not going to give up my licence so
I may do the odd pop up charity class so keep your eyes peeled on Facebook.
This is effective immediately, so there will be no class this evening and going forward.
Thank you all so much for your love and support over the years.
It’s only a goodbye for now, make sure you all keep dancing ❤️ love ya x
