🐝Linda from Lindy Bee Yoga and Wellbeing located in Glasgow. I teach gentle Hatha and Restorative Yoga. Everybody is different there is no competition.
In our practice we learn to listen to our bodies and move to suit you. I continue my yoga journey every day, learning more about yoga and the benefits to everyBODY. I attend yoga classes with an osteopath to learn more about anatomy and how to practice safely. I am passionate about sharing the benefits yoga can bring to all bodies and minds regardless of size, shape or age. I am a board member of

Had a visit from this wee insect, is this a moth or butterfly, anyone know? It stayed all night in my plant and was away in the morning!

I look forward to sharing our last practice on Wednesday 13 December before we finish for the Xmas break. We will return Wednesday 10 January 2024 for a further 7 weeks. I look forward to having a cuppa, mince pie and blether with you all.

Gentle yoga and movement classes start up again tonight for another 10 weeks. I look forward to seeing you tonight at 6.15 PM on your mat in the welcoming space of Netherholm Community Hall Please bring a blanket and small cushion for class.

Thanks to the new yogi's who joined us tonight. We gently moved our bodies seated in a chair to stretch and strengthen our muscles, helping to identify areas of tightness and tension. A regular practice will gradually begin to improve your health & wellbeing.

We will continue our theme of working on our shoulders and hips and add in some side bends. Gentle mindful movements...
As we move into autumn we will add in more exercises to warm up our bodies and continue to work on strengthening muscles and gentle movements to encourage mobility in our joints. Props and modifications will always be part of the practice. Your body, your practice, your pace!
Hello Yogi's, Tonight is the start of our next block of yoga. As we move slowly into autumn and the feeling of hibernation begins - We will continue our theme of moving and opening our bodies by supporting you through gentle movements and exercises designed to strengthen and increase mobility where your anatomy allows you. We will connect our mind and body throughout our gentle practice and enjoy Savasana to relax at the end of our class.
