Do even ZYZZ?
Throwing it back to my leanest ever outing when I first stood on stage in 2019.
This prep was a defining point for me I absolutely killed myself to get that condition.
That prep taught me so much about bodybuilding, myself and how to get inside out.
It also taught me this type of physique is only for a bodybuilding stage because me and .coach went straight to Ibiza after in and definitely had about 20% organ function when we got home 😂

My journey has had loads of destinations
Is started with 20 stone me
The first stop after that was skinny 12 stone me.
The next stops mixed martial arts/Brazilian jujitsu me
The next stop was winning a bodybuilding show
In between each destination there’s a journey you don’t really see and if I’m honest the journey is always the best part
It’s where we develop, we grow and learn the most about ourselves.
I wake up everyday grateful with how things have turned out for me compared to how they where at certain points.
It’s also pretty class that I also get to help other who struggle with the same issues I did.
When your self-belief is low and think it can’t be done sometimes you need someone to believe in you before you believe in yourself!

My own standards as a coach are so high that I expect my clients to feel this way.

Before signing up Ian was your typical guy
