The Parents’ Forums are held by the Leadership Team and are a great opportunity to give your opinion on the topics being discussed. This meeting will feature news about the Wellbeing Award for Schools.
The PTA (us!) will then be meeting very informally afterwards to discuss our next event. We’d love it if you could come along. All meetings should be finished by 7.30 at the latest!

HHSPA (the PTA, which is different to the Parents’ Forum) will still be meeting very briefly after the PSHE meeting if you want to stay to say hi!
Happy Friday! We hope you all had a great Christmas and happy new year, although it seems a long time ago now!
Just a reminder that HHSPA usually have an informal get together after each Parents' Forum has taken place. You may be aware that the forum which was originally scheduled for Wednesday 22 January has been postponed in place of the PSHE meeting. This is taking place from 6.30-7.00 in the LRC.
We're still planning to meet up briefly after the PSHE meeting, so please do come along and say hello if you'd like to get involved with planning of future events. There's no agenda in place for next week so we won't keep you long, but it would be great to see you there!
Well done to the top point earners! 🌟

A BIG THANK YOU to everyone who came to the HHS Christmas disco last night - we had a BLAST and hope you all did too!
Many thanks to all the teaching staff too for all their hard work in organising and entertaining (though between us, we think they enjoyed it just as much as the students 😁).
Have a wonderful and peaceful Christmas and a very happy New Year everyone! 🎄
🥳 IT’S PARTY TIME!! looking forward to seeing everyone tonight at 6.30 🎉
Our school may be small but we have such a big heart. Please help if you can.
Last Christmas, our school community collected items for the Harrogate Homeless Project.
Christmas is a time for giving and a little can mean a lot! This year we have decided to collect for some of our own school families and we plan to deliver Christmas food boxes in the last week of term.
If you are able to contribute to the Christmas food parcel scheme, we would be extremely grateful. Any item can be left with our school Reception by Monday 16th December.
Thank you for your ongoing support.
We wouldn't want Instagram to feel left out now, would we!? Please follow us
Evening all. We want to start tweeting, but have nobody to hear us twitter yet! Please follow us at 🐦
Just a reminder that the Parents' Forum will be taking place this evening at 6.15, followed by a very informal HHSPA meeting. We'd love to see some new faces at the forum or at HHSPA (or both!). We'll be discussing the Christmas Disco at our HHSPA meeting so please do come along if you have any ideas, or if you would be happy to help out on the night itself!
Looking forward to seeing you!
We know that some people hate to use the C word before December, but we're excited to let you know that we're having a Christmas Disco for years 7, 8 and 9 on Monday 16 December. We can't wait!
Tickets are only £3 each, payable on the door. Please return the permission slip to school as soon as you can!
Welcome to our new HHSPA page - we'd love to hear from you!
