".......................WORKOUT OF THE WEEK ................................"
remeber throughout to keep your head straight,, shoulder blades back,, core tight ,, glutes contracted this is a great workout that can be done quick but hits all the major muscle groups for max fat burn and strength aim for 4 sets x 10-12 reps ..... 15 - 20 seconds rest between exercises. 1) squat to stand cable row. 2) d.b T press up / hyper rotation at the hip. 3) d.b Squat - curl - press. 4) bench glute bridge with weight plate. 5) bench split squat - with or without d.b or b.b. After that if you've got the energy 15 - 18 minute incline treadmill intervals 1 min walk - 2 min hard run / sprint Rpt. Don't forget to warm down and stretch and if there is one jump in the pool for a few slow laps really stretch out. Good luck try it let me know how you get on ??πππΌππΌππ»ππ»

incline bench d b fly to press 4 x 8-10 reps
seated d b military press 4 x 8-10 reps
standing cable fly 3 x 12 reps
half squat cable row 3 x 6-8 reps
cable pull throughs 3 x 12 reps
great multi muscle workout for shredding fat building muscle and a strong core
also a good start before moving onto to heavy compound exercise
SMOOTHIE OF THE DAY ...... APPLE , KIWI , PAPAYA, BANANA ,PINEAPPLE , SPINACH , SAMPHIRE, GINGER ..... GREAT TASTE AND AN ASS KICKING AMOUNT OF VITAMINS AND METABOLISING EXTRACTS... ADD PROTINE POWDER FOR A POWERFUL PUNCH

After a short lay off peak body fitness is now returning.... over July and august we will be offering cut price trial offers on 1-2-1 personal home training , group sessions along with free diet advice and plans
we will also be starting outside boot camp style training fun and cheap ... details on areas will be confirmed shortly
